Wir haben das Hotel nur für einen Zwischenstop zwischen zwei Veranstaltungen (Rheinland und Schwarzwald) genutzt mit später An- und früher Abreise ohne Frühstück. Dafür war es ideal - nahe an der A6. Die Zimmerausstattung wäre auch für mehrere Tage gut gewesen.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber.
Die Heizung im Zimmer konnte nicht eingestellt werden. Zudem war das Badezimmer recht klein.

Foremost the hotel is located perfectly. We stayed for only 1 night as a stop-over travelling from the North of Italy and the location of the hotel is ideal. Near the hotel is also a huge shopping centre. The price was also reasonable with breakfast already for 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids). The staff are helpful. Although the hotel is a bit outdated in terms of facilities, they were spotless clean. Overall, our stay was pleasant and I must say, very good value for money.
The room that we got unfortunately had toilet and bathroom facilities which got stuck all the time. That night that we arrived, it was not very pleasant experience using the toilet and shower/bathtub wherein water is all over your feet/legs while taking a shower. The following morning the maintenance has resolved the problem.

A very long delay egen orderingången rom service from the app. It took 90 min and I had to call them up as well and remind. Not cool when you have 2 hungry kids. Why have an app if staff do t follow it?

The rooms were quite old, albeit clean.
You have to pass by the cigarette vending machine every time when coming or going (right in front of the elevator) and it's plain disgusting.
Breakfast seemed too expensive so we didn't book it.

Everything was nice it's the second time I've come, simple the first time I've come the evening had good service but the next day morning was something bad there's a young girl with glasses who was very ironic, but I recommend the hotel all the other workers are excellent

very clean, even kind of worn out hotel
beds were comfy, but somehow not well fixed - when my hubby was turning from one side to the other, all bed was moving
there are signs of intensive usage, so probably soon some things have to be replaced (worn out carpet)
water installation should be revised - in our room the water did not flow
a coffee maker/water boiler in the room will add value
