Hotel jest bardzo obszerny i posiada wiele udogodnień m.in. spora strefa aqua (polecam seanse saunowe), siłownia, kręgielnia, ogród, pokój gier - większość z tego w cenie noclegu. Śniadania są różnorodne i przepyszne. Darmowy parking. Lodówka i czajnik w pokoju.

Pokoje raczej staroświeckie. Bardzo słabe wifi. Niebieska dioda od lampki, której nie da się wyłączyć, a świeci tak intensywnie, że w nocy w pokoju jest jasno. Hałaśliwa fontanna za oknem. Sprzątanie pokoju tylko na żądanie. Woda w umywalce była ledwo letnia, pod prysznicem już normalnie.

To już nasz któryś z kolei pobyt w tym hotelu i na pewno nie ostatni. Obsługa - rewelacja. Właścicielka, mimo incydentu z pobitym wazonem zachowała wzorowa postawę. Wręcz mało spotykaną w dzisiejszych czasach. Pokoje zawsze czyste, do dyspozycji gości wszystko co potrzeba. Dla dzieci łóżeczka, podgrzewacz do butelek czy mikrofala dostępne od ręki na korytarzu. Super małpi gaj, pokój gier. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji i pyszne śniadania. Polecam rodzinom z dziećmi! Hotel nr 1 naszej córki :)

Pyszne śniadania, duży wybór, wszystko świeże. Obsługa hotelu w większości uśmiechnięta i miła. Bardzo dużo atrakcji dla dzieci, pokój z zabawkami i grami. Basen dla dzieci.

Dość dużo zabawek i gier było uszkodzonych. Na basenie dla dzieci dość zimno, a w szatni gdzie trzeba było dziecko przebrać - jeszcze zimniej.

Absolutely everything was good. The best family-oriented hotel with a huge number of facilities for kids. The water park (it's not just a pool, believe me!) is amazing. The location (coming by car, of course) is really good - you can stay here and find anything within 20 min drive. Will get back for sure!

Very clean, comfortable, and good breakfast

No English or other language signs all over hotel. At the spa as well , personnel language skills were limited, and it was hard to understand what can be used and how. It is a family hotel, hence very loud. The location is basically on the local main street, between cars, train stations and shops, not a place one would walk around to relax.

I disrecommemd! Our stay have Turned into a nighmare. The tv fell off from the Wall by itself, only by miracle didnt hurt anyone. Several Times our cards stopped working so were stuck wet and cold waiting ages for help to open the doors yo our roo.. Stuff unfriendly, receptionists not nice, they didint even simply apologized us for inconvinience. Food terrible i ordered Fish that was super little less then 100g AND difficult to chew, we waited long time for food.

The Hotel was amazing. Soo many fun activities. The staff were soo friendly and helpful.

Great aqua park, great children's room with Palystations ans so on. Fantastic breakfast!

There were good facilities for kids however place needs an upgrade.

For a 3 night stay our towels were never changed nor was the bin emptied. We had an 8 month old baby in the room so ofcourse there were lots of dirty nappies. We asked to borrow a high chair for the room. We were told it must be returned by 9pm… not very helpful. The restaurant is as beautiful howvever the rooms were like stepping back in time. You wouldn’t believe they were the same hotel. On check in we asked to book another night… we were told this wouldn’t be an issue but we would have to change rooms which we agreed to. The night before we were due to check out of our first room we asked about the room for the next day to be told they were full and didn’t have a room for us. That night I received numerous phone calls to which I couldn’t return the call so I emailed… they were asking where we were and if we still needed the room???? When I replied saying we were told they were full and also being unhappy about the towels and bin situation, my email went unanswered.

That was one of the best value for money hotels we ever stayed. Great breakfast, amazing pool area, a number of activities for kids for FREE! We are impressed. Highly recommend this hotel for both traveling with kids, as well couples.
