I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It's perfectly located. The rooms are very comfortable but very individualistic and very "Marbella". The staff & the host were model hosts.
Lotsof nice little touches for a "2-star" hotel; free chilled water you can help yourself to. An honest bar / lounge room, balcony, fans and aircon that work very well. Wifi in every room. Ceiling light-wells (that you can close at night)..
I needed a quiet place to work and was given an office in the back that was light, airy and quiet. After I had checked out
The location could not be better. A few steps from Orange Square and a few steps more from Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación..
There are literally tens of tapas bars and restaurants outside the hotel, and the beach is 6min walk away.

We like the Old Town in Marbella and this is right bang in the best part!

We stayed in a house around the corner as our room air con was broken. The very nice lady offered us half price accommodation in the hotel room because it was broken. Alternatively we could stay in a house around the corner which was excellent, for the same price, or if neither suited us she would refund the total cost. Fabulous service.

Beautiful, clean, neat, smelled am amazing, and it had the perfect location to old town and beach. Additionally, the decor was designer-level and very chic. I felt like I was sleeping in a magazine article.
The only thing missing is a mini fridge for waters and perishable snacks like fruit or yogurt.

This was the perfect place in the most wonderful location. The hotel is in the old town, which is just beautiful. The room was well equipped and clean, the beds were comfortable and the view was gorgeous. Could not fault it.

Excellent location in the old town of the city. If you like to explore and enjoy the vibes of an old architecture - this place is just like this. Our room was clean and comfortable. The infrastructure is not new, but well maintained.
This room was dark, as it has very little/small windows. The bedroom was on the "first" floor and the bathroom on the second, as well as the balcony, but if you expect the view - don't. The balcony was placed inside the building and some neighbors had bathroom windows placed next to our balcony :) So you can just turn on your imagination: you are drinking your morning coffee and your neighbor is having different morning routine nearby :) Charming :)
But as we have healthy sense of humor - it didn't spoil our vacation.

amazing boutique properly well located in the old town and walking distance from other main sites. room was spacious. staff was nice ans helpful. had a long mirror which is essential for getting ready.

the location of this property was very central ad. in the heart of the old town. This is a quaint and traditional accommodation which we loved. The host was very welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. the room we stayed in had a beautiful Terrace.

Such a lovely hotel in a fantastic location, right at the top of the old town 100metres from the hustle and bustle so it's not loud at the hotel!
Check out only started at 9am, although perhaps could have made a special request for an early check out

no parking on site, but a reasonable parking garage is only 4 mins away. Only about $9/day for a multi-day pass

Great location! right on one of the main streets in old town. awesome staff! i had written a couple of months ago that I was coming with my boyfriend to celebrate his 30th birthday. when we arrived there were balloons and decorations in the room. will be back again!

Marta is fantastic - I can’t say it enough!! Marta communicated with us before we arrived to prepare our requests and set our expectations about the location, and she bent over backwards to help get our rental car fixed, give us recommends on places to visit and eat at, and always looked after us. The location of the hotel can’t be beat (especially for the price)… right in the middle of Old Town Marbella and next to fantastic restaurants, all without getting noisy at night.
Can’t say anything comes to mind.

The hotel completely exceeded expectations, it was a beautiful, the room was a lot bigger than I thought and the location was perfect. In some cute streets but also only 5 mins walk to the beach! Lots of restaurants, cafes and shops around. Highly recommend .
