Les horaires de la piscine : le matin ouvre a 11h et ferme a 20h !

Hôtel moderne et très propre, le personnel très à l’écoute.

Attention : il n’est pas possible de recharger sa voiture électrique si ça n’est pas une tesla… et le prix des serviettes à la piscine… ils devraient les fournir gracieusement…

When I arrived at the hotel I slept for about 2 hours. I woke up freezingand called around 8:30 p.m the reception and asked to increase the temperature in the room because the air conditioning was not working and there was none other heating in the room, except the air conditioning and a radiator in the bathroom that didn't work. The heater in the bathroom was also ice cold and could not be activated! I asked for a small electric heater. That wasn't possible either. Of course, moving to another room wasn't successful because the heating didn't work there either. Since the hotel staff were no longer able to increase the room temperature or heat the room, I decided to change hotels. I arrived at the Grand Hotel de Parma around midnight. In Parma It was 8 degrees outside that night. The room without heating felt round 14-15 degrees. I spoke to Novotel staff and asked about cancellation but that wasn't the case I wasn't willing to pay for the entire night for the 2-3, as was required by the hotel. I spent 3 hours in a cold room. If I pay there would be no problems, the hotel staff told me. I wasn't willing to spend money for a three hour stay I would wake up sick the next day if I stayed. The payment was therefore made subject to reservation without being recognized legal obligation. I payed 108,- € for 3 hours. For a cold room. I didn't agree with this, but since the hotel management supposedly couldn't reach the management to make a decision, the staff forced me to pay the amount. During the heating period, usually from October 1st to April 30th, a minimum temperature in the room must be between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius I planned to go out to eat and enjoy Parma after a short break at this evening. Unfortunately this was no longer possible for me! The guest's wishes are not taken seriously. The answer of Mr. Konate, the Manager of this Hotel: if you want to take a legal action you can , we will reply. we did the necessary.

l hotel est très propre , bien situé a l entrée du centre historique et à coté de la gare; une chambre immense avec un lit de 160x200, une télé à la dimension de la chambre, une cafetière, un dressing..... des prestations que l on souhaiterait retrouver dans tous les hotels, le personnel est charmant, on dispose d un sauna et d une salle de sport et d une piscine, de la wifi , d un bar, et pour ceux qui vienne en voiture il y a un parking je recommande

le service réveil a omis de me réveiller tot le matin pour que je prenne mon train...

It room was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent - 3 minute walk from the train station, 10 minute walk from the city center.

The furniture was kind of "low to the ground." Not to my liking but it didn't effect our experience.
