The hotel was very close to the Thermal bad and public transportation

I would have liked to have more water. The bottle of water we are given is not enough, when asked in the kitchen they forgot every time. Or at least to have the possibility to buy it readily available at the hotel.

Staff are helpful and friendly, Room huge and the bed was too comfortable, clean, food was good, breakfast was perfect and the service staff was so attentive.

Breakfast was exceptional. Especially bread and cheese. And thermebad tickets were available for free. I enjoyed a relaxing time there. The bed mattress was very comfortable. It seemed to be designed ergonomically.

The reception was only opened from 8am-6pm. I needed to check out at 7am and nobody was there in the reception. I just left my card key on the desk

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean and quiet. Super comfortable beds/mattresses! Very good breakfast buffet. Located besides the exceptional spa! Entry for the spa included in price for the room. All in all a happy experience. Recommended !!

Everything was very good: an excellent location next to the thermal baths, near a train station and with beautiful hills for some hiking nearby; very helpful and friendly staff; great food. The beds were possibly the best I have ever slept on.

Nice, leafy hotel grounds and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and everything very clean.

There was no non-dairy milk or many options for health-conscious vegans at the breakfast. For a wellness destination, I would expect some soy or oat milk alternatives, and fresh fruit without sugar added. There was 1 vegan menu option on the dinner menu, so that was at least nice.

The location is good, 1 block down from the thermal baths and across a park with a playground. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff member at check-in was helpful and spent time providing useful info. The thermal bath badge is as great as purchases from there are added to the hotel bill. With the restaurant on-site, we were able to enjoy an evening ice cream dessert in the room.

The breakfast room is small and was difficult to find space for the family. We expected a bit more in terms of facilities for the children - there is a small play area outside the restaurant.

Excellent location. Entry to baths included until 4pm check out day. Tasty food. Great breakfast. Bathrobe provided. Very helpful staff.

The breakfast was very good. The location was pleasant, and the fact that we could go to the thermal bath walking directly from the hotel was very much appreciated.

Good restaurant, excellent chef, we enjoyed our dinner. Hotel's staff is helpful and friendly. The Therms are three minutes walk from the hotel.

There is a slight unpleasant smell in the room. There is no way to open the window slightly: either open the entire window and freeze at night, or sleep in a stuffy room.

The thermalbads nearby were fun, included in the price, and hotel provided nice towel and robes for it. Room size was reasonable. There's a balcony.

Breakfast was not good (example: there was salmon and cheese, but they tasted like the cheapest one could find) There was no hot water for one day due to a malfunction Some of the staff were not courteous. Building looks very dated.

I booked a room with a double bed but instead it turns out all the rooms actually have two separate beds.
