- super friendly staff, without exception! - super clean, always see people cleaning floors etc - quality of food was nice / tasty

- few options for vegetarians (also information at breakfast buffet) - pool area lacking of maintenance, hurt myself. broken/sharp tiles etc - every day at 10am sharp national anthem was played throughout the hotel. this is very annoying for non-Indonesians . staff was urging to stand up etc. stayed out 4 hotels in yogjakarta, only here it was done.

I had a very bad experience when I came to checkin at the hotel. After I had my room number, with a room boy accompany us to our room I open my room using my key and I was very shocked when there are a couple in the room. This room was not empty room but belong to another guest. I was very embarrassed and asked apologize to them. So, I came back to the reception desk and reported the incident, and the manager on duty (I guest) take over the problem, he gave me another room.

the air condition is not cool enough but not hot

The bed is super comfortable. We slept like a baby and don't want to get-up at all. All the staffs that we meet is super helpful and polite. I forgot to take my credit card in the lobby, and the receptionist called to inform me while a bell boy is already in front of my door bringing my card. Definitely a thumbs up for such professionalism. The breakfast was a delicious mix between local and international cuisine.

Due to Covid, the breakfast is not self-service like usual, but served by a staff instead. It kind of limit our freedom, but the staff was super helpful so it was okay. The shower is using an old system and could be modernized.

The Swimming pool is good. Water Temperature is good, warm at the evening. Breakfast is taste good, have English & Indonesian option in the buffet. Coffee is good in the morning. Staff are accommodating.

Not much choices to order at the restaurant for lunch/dinner/snack. We have to go out to buy food from outside.

The first day AC was not working. Room's very hot but after being fixed by engineering, the issue solved. Dont expect too much for breakfast. The taste was so-so. No many options, very standard. During breakfast, following the health protocol is good but, when the hotel was full need more staff in charge to avoid long queue.

Air condition very bad, our room very hot and that night we've called engineering team but they're never come until we checked out. The water in room toilet very dirty that the colour is brown, omg!!....never come to this place again

The Service was excelent, near Tugu Yogyakarta by 5 minutes walking, live gamelan in weekend just prefect

Always check In To Receptionist Everyday to update the key
