Very nicely decorated and huge room. The staff were lovely. The hotel is also a short walk to the beach and 7-11 etc.

The handle on one of the windows was broken so the window didn’t close. this made it very noisy as we could hear cars and birds. The pressure on the shower was also poor.

The beds were extremely comfortable, AC worked great, the staff was wonderful. Location was quiet with convenient services nearby (laundry, motorbike rental, massage, etc). You can buy a day pass to the hotel pool across the street.

The WiFi didn't work at all in our room

Anna the owner and her husband are very nice and take great pride in the property and make sure their guests are well looked after. The property is beautifully designed with a Thai / Italian restaurant, a Koi pond and a cat or two.

Super modern. Comfy beds. Lots of space. Nice bathroom. Clean towels and fresh water everyday. Fridge and safe in room. Staff were extremely helpful and catered for our every need. Great air conditioning. The restaurant was lovely. Great location, 5/10 min walk to main beach & shops. Very easy to get a tuk tuk.

Rooms looked brand new and had a great style to them. Everything very clean. Also some nice restaurants close by. Staff amazing and helped with everything we asked for.

Slight garlic smell coming from bathroom. not terrible though. Also a kettle in the room would be great.

bathroom smelt when other rooms using water

Great room with views of the (far away) sea, even if it is not on the front line. Perfect room, we probably had the best one in the whole building (205). The staff is really nice and is close to every interesting point in Ao Nang.

very clean place and people very helpfull !

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and they tried to fix the internet problems in my room. They also provided me with a kettle upon my request. There was a beach bag to use which I appreciated and the room was spacious and quiet, the shower worked very well, good pressure, hot water.

The internet did not work well at all in my room, since it was located in the back corner of the hotel. The owners tried to resolve the issue which I appreciated but there was no consistent connection & this affected my work. Also, there was no soap provided at the bathroom sink, I had to enter the shower to use the soap given there. The entry door to the roon was slightly broken and if not held, would slam loudly shut.

The price was amazing and the staff was so lovely and helpful.

That the pool and the gym was not included - but then again, the prize was so low.

Staff were very friendly, place was kept very clean. Rooms great value for money paid . Had a member of staff work through night to let you in when coming back to hotel as you had to leave key at reception.

Nothing you could not dislike anything about this place.
