I was a huge problem with this booking and as a result I was charged for my staying twice (by www.booking.com and on the hotel reception). Booking.com didn’t solve this problem, so the doble price is too much for this hotel

The hotel is placed really close to the city center.

The bed was really uncomfortable, there was no hot water for the shower, the balcony was not usable as it was dirty plus too small to fit a person and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.

the location is great, the staff was friendly

there was strong smell in the room from the aroma scent and the lighting was poor, poor wifi signal (no good for working)

We did not expect to be in another building from what was advertised. While the room had air conditioning which was a savior on a hot day, the hallways were not air conditioned and it was not comfortable passing through.

When I booked the room I specifically asked if the breakfast is buffet and outside, they've just said yes. Don't pay for brakfast, it's horrible! It's fixed menu, nothing eatable, 20 leva payed for nothing, we left!
