Great location next to the sea and easy to get around El Cotillo from apartment. Lovely courtyard and small swimming pool if you need a break from the beautiful beaches of Cotillo. Staff so pleasant and a lovely relaxed environment. WiFi excellent

For a two night stay it was ideal I had no complaints at all.

Great location. Amazing restaurants and bars. Stones throw from the harbour and a short walk to Piedra Playa beach. Pretty quiet and I didn't have any issues getting to sleep. The pool is small but quiet nice and we pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time.

I've been to El Cotillo before and I love this area. On this occasion Juan Benitez was my second choice as my preferred choice was booked up. I already knew the location was good, but the whole apartment itself ended up being dated and in need of a refurbishment. The room itself is badly laid out. There is only a single socket to use in the kitchen so you can't use the kettle and toaster at the same time, the hob is only a double and the microwave is placed sideways so it's awkward to use. Our bin was never emptied, so I had to tie bin bags up and leave them on the balcony as they were attracting flies. The sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable and there were no cushions, so we ended up using our pillows for support. The TV is all Spanish channels and no Netflix is available on the TV! Good job I had my MacBook with me. I wouldn't stay here again as it's too old fashioned.

The host was incredibly nice and helpful with everything de needed. And the room was clean and new and really comfy, with everything you may need in the kitche, as for tools.

The apartment was clean and tidy, quite big and with a small and useful kitchen. Comfy bed and an amazing balcony on the pool and looking at the beautiful sea. Amazing view, we also enjoyed the sunset from the balcony. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice! Key collection easy, reception almost absent in this period but we didn't feel the need as we had everything we needed. Perfect location in El Cotillo which is the nicest village in Fuerteventura in my opinion. Close to restaurants, bars, shops. Easy parking in April, not sure in high season. I would definitely choose this place again.

Nothing, just a couple of suggestions: I would adjust doors as they are a bit old probably and they get stuck and are noisy. I would offer some liquid soap/shampoo to guests. The hand made mini soaps offered were really appreciated but a bit difficult to wash away from hands and no shampoo was available so we had to buy soap and shampoo and then leaving them there as we had just cabin bag. Not a big deal of course, but I would have preferred find them there already. They are more advices than criticisms as we really enjoyed the stay and we would definitely come back.

the amazing location near the harbour of El Cotillo. it is just so central to everything. short walk to the beaches, and next door to so many cafes, bars and restaurants! the view from the apartment was amazing! The host Patricia was also amazingly friendly and helpful

the apartment we stayed in was very lovable but probably a little tired and in need of a freshen up. doesn’t really matter that much as you’re out and exploring all day and only sleeping there mostly
