Very nice apartment near beach and restaurants, a car was usefull

Perfect location. 10 minute walk to beach and downtown. Really enjoyed our stay

The property was safe and enjoyable for our family of 5. Two people to each bedroom and our college aged son on the living room pullout. We appreciated having a kitchen to eat meals in and splurged in the evenings for dinner out. Loved our 4 hour eco-kayak tour with Big Blue Collection. We were glad to rent an SUV car ($1,000 through Hertz for the week) to explore the island. Fay was responsive, welcoming and personable at check in and check out and dropped off a 5th towel and pillow for our 5th family member. The island is expensive but this centrally located rental is a great value and made it possible for our family to enjoy this island getaway during peak season.

We were excited to be so close to Grace Bay and the location was perfect for restaurants and shopping. Fay is extremely responsive and was very helpful. The villa is comfortable with a lot of room for two couples.

Our stay was great at Fay. Walking distance from the beach. The place was easy to find and the instructions from the airport was on point. Fay was easy to communicate with and fast to respond and gave give recommendations. I would recommend her place to anyone and so close to the amazing Grace Bay beach. Thanks so much Fay.

Location was close to everything, I’m glad the host recommended a car though(was sub 40$ with insurance per day), it would of been a little to hot to walk as it’s summer time. Host is very responsive and helpful, which is extremely useful when visiting a new place. We look forward to coming back and booking both units with a group of people. It’s a great spot, just far enough away from the noise, but close enough if you want to partake.

We had such a fun time staying at this villa. The location was ideal – near excellent swimming beaches in Grace Bay and the best dining venues, yet on a quiet road. The house was quite spacious with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings that gave it great character. The floor fan was so powerful that we often didn’t use the A/C, but the A/C worked perfectly when in use. Additionally, there were ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen was equipped to prepare meals at home for a change of pace from dining at delicious local venues. The back deck was very invitiing and the pool quite persuasive as we swam every evening after a long day in salty water. You couldn’t ask for a more attentive host. Fay is authentic, delightful and eager to please her guests. She was always quick to respond to any concerns or questions that we had. We had a great snorkeling trip with Big Blue Collective, and we recommend the nearby Caicos Café Plaza with the French bakery and Atelis jewelry/gift shop. We also recommend Sibonnet Restaurant, Pelican Bay Restaurant happy hour, and the local Thursday night fish fry.

Great stay! House was perfect especially with the pool great piece of property, super clean, easy check in process, close to town and beach. Even Better host! Fay was an amazing host and extremely responsive, informative and flexible With anything we needed. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a little trouble finding it, but once we were there it was pure heaven. Fay was an excellent host. We took this trip to relax & it was our first time to Turks & Caicos, I can tell you it will not be our last. My husband who normally will not go to the beach, could not get enough of Grace Bay Beach. I could not get him out of the water!!!

Let's start with the shocking check in notice in CAPTIAL LETTERS the statement that if you use too much power from airconditioning or too much water you will be charged. There was no meter reading at check in so how would this be quantified. There also was no mention of this in the description The villa okay in terms of accomadations...kitchen could use a good scrub down. We had to ask for garbage bags.

We absolutely enjoyed our first trip to TCI and staying at this villa was the perfect location and match for us. Spacious two bedroom/baths accommodated four adults perfectly. Location was perfect to visit restaurants, market, and ferry dock conveniently. We also enjoyed having a kitchen to enjoy meals “at home”. The host was also amazing and very responsive to our questions and needs. Would definitely return on our next visit.

The house is very well appointed and in a prime location. Fay, the host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay and even helped us with weather related delays that required us to stay longer. Fay’s art is really beautiful and we are fortunate to be able to take a piece home. Being our first time in the island, we could have not picked a better place. I highly recommend it and will not hesitate to book it again!

We had a wonderful time and loved our week in this lovely 2 bedroom home, with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of space, barbecue and pool. We had the privacy we wanted, and were an easy 10-15 minute walk from beach, shops, restaurants and clubs. Fay is an excellent host and does an outstanding job promptly answering questions, making you feel welcome, and suggesting activities or places to enjoy during your stay!! Plus, each room has original art work that brings in the beauty of the country and it’s beaches. I highly recommend!!

This rental was perfect for us we had never been to Turks before. The island is beautiful. We travel a good bit and this rental exceeded hour exceeded our expectations. We are failrly self sufficient travelers who cook most of our own meals. When we did need something the host was quite receptive. Fany was great!! We did rent a car and felt the location was perfect for us. We would definitely come back here! The rental itself was well stocked with supplies and was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, it was refreshing and lovely. This is not the Ritz Carlton and we didn't expect it to be. it us a very clean, convenient and comfy villa.

The Villa and management met our expectations in all aspects, except the swimming pool. The swimming pool requires cleaning and better water filtering. The communication with the manager was exceptional. The villa was cleaned and air-conditioned. The villa parking was secured. Other security measures were adequate. We got all appliances in working conditions. We liked the place.

We arrived a little early and Fay was there and greeted us with no issue of us arriving early. The house has towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach that is a little more than a 10 minute walk away. We also spent a lot of time in the pool, which was a great size and had good seating around it. We cooked most meals in the kitchen and used the pots, pans, plates, etc. We went to a wedding one night and for a small fee Fay drive us there and back. Which was very appreciated because taxis can be an issue to find at all, but also hard to find for a reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we go back to the island will definitely stay there again!!!

the property was as described, the owner was great with speedy response. If you are a nit picker and a Ritz Carlton type person move on. If you have done VRBO before this is great. If i was going to give one thing it would be to upgrade the beds :)

It’s really a nice place with a shared pool with next appartement. Walking distance to the beach, really quiet area.

The house was great for what we needed, in particular, it had a great location and enough space for 4. We didn't end up meeting the owners/managers, but that seems to be an anomaly because all the other reviews mention how personal the communication was. In the end, we had a lovely stay, and we enjoyed the space and the flexibility around checking in and out. Nothing is cheap in Grace Bay, but this home ended up feeling like a great deal. The location and all the description is accurate accept for the bed sizes. Online it says it's queen but they're full size beds, which are slightly smaller than queen. The place was clean, when we had an issue or concerns the owner was quick to get help, if you inform her. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if I were to go back to Turks and Caicos.

The location worked well for us-- you definitely need a car, however. The house is as pictured. Plenty of room for my family of 4. Two full (shower) bathrooms is nice! It does need a few minor repairs (loose handle on refrigerator, dishwasher rack is rusting, broken pool tiles, etc) but these are easy fixes. We only saw 2 bikes, so we didn't try these out. Not a lot of closet (hanging) space so the clothes rack was very helpful. Pool towels and cooler also came in handy. Josee checked in on us via text and was responsive to all my needs and questions. When I asked, Josee suggested we drink bottled water. A helpful clerk in the grocery store suggested we refill a gallon jug at the purified water station (next to Grace Bay Pharmacy on Allegro Rd). We were happy with the villa had a nice time on the island!

There was some confusion about how to get the keys when we arrived. We contacted two people that were given to us as points of contact, and neither of them have worked for the property for quite some time. The bike lock would not unlock, so we were unable to use the bikes that were suppose to be provided. There were several chipped tiles outside by the pool, and our younger son cut one of his toes pretty badly on one of the tiles. The house itself was nice and we had what we needed. The location was convenient as well. It was just disappointing not everything went smoothly

This two bedroom villa was in a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance to Coco Bistro / Coco Van. The bikes were a plus as we could use them to get to the beach about 8min - 3 by car and shopping within 2 miles. The villa was clean and had a nice relaxing pool. We did run into 1 problem with the AC, I contacted the owner and Sylvain, they had someone come out within 10min! Junior was great fixed the problem in 2min and gave me some great places for happy hour. Note: there is another attached villa that you share a pool and outdoor space with. We were lucky that no one else had rented out the other section. Would recommend the villa.

This house felt like our home away from home during our stay! My daughter is 2.5 years old and the pool was just perfect for her. We even made use of the grill to bbq a few nights. Also this house is perfectly located close to all of the restaurants (Coco Bistro is excellent!), shops, casino, and the famous Grace Bay Beach. I would definitely stay here again the next time that we come to Providenciales!

This place was great. It is a very short distance from amazing restaurants.
