Location was ideal overlooking the lake.

Cosy large room with large toilet. Paid 20 bucks extra for the view to lake - and what a view! Comfy balcony with full lake view! Truly great and value for the bucks! Recommended!

Slightly outdated room with problematic balcony door. But in the end that was not so serious.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes' walk from the station, and ideally located on the shore of the lake. All the bedrooms were renovated recently to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Just one little comment: the many ornaments on the window sills in the breakfast conservatory tend to block the views over the lake.

Owner operated with a commitment to your happiness plus other staff were also committed to your stay. The lake view. Clean rooms. A parking place for our vehicle on property. Convenient to amenities of this pretty lakeside village. Bus stop to Andechs or other destinations very close to hotel. Despite my details in the cons section, I would stay here again. We did enjoy the location and the area very much.

The outdoor, balcony furniture needs replacing, but considering Germany is ust emerging from a complete two year economic shut down, I understand there probably are little funds for this at the moment. The room you choose on this booking.com site is a but ambiguous.. We booked at least 6 weeks out but our first room was not what we envisioned we had paid for. Thankfully that was remedied with the owners as best they were able to. They are polite and helpful. Another note: Watersports, beach, etc are not ON property but are available nearby by other businesses. There is no private hotel pier as the photos sort of suggest.

Absolutely everything, the staff was great, the location was perfect and our room was beautiful. And the best Broetchens I have ever had. And my doggy was welcomed there as well. Thank you guys so much.

Maybe a bigger breakfast selection that we can get ourselves

Great location. Lively, terrace with view on the lake. Very friendly staff. Excellent potato soup!
