Het uitzicht was gewoonweg fantastisch! Zowel het zicht op zee als op de bergen achter het huis was indrukwekkend. De rust en kalmte rondom de villa waren ideaal om helemaal relax te worden. De vriendelijke gastvrouw, Alicia, is eenvoudig te bereiken voor alle soorten vragen, zij gaf steeds snel een reactie en heeft ook enkele leuke tips meegegeven. De villa is meer dan ruim genoeg voor 11 personen. Hierbij zijn er 10 bedden geschikt voor volwassenen, het sofa bed is eerder geschikt voor een kind. De 5 ruime badkamers waren een echte troef met zoveel personen ;-)! De villa is voldoende uitgerust, proper en mooi onderhouden. De verschillende leuke zithoekjes rondom de villa en de zwembaden boden op elk moment van de dag een schaduwrijk plekje waar je heerlijk kon wegdromen. De zwembaden waren ideaal, beide zijn diep genoeg om lekker in te zwemmen of te relaxen. De buitendouche is een extra pluspunt. Ook op de ligbedden is het heerlijk vertoeven en het terras zorgde voor de nodige schaduw tijdens het heetste van de dag.

Voor verplaatsingen heb je best wel een auto nodig. Voor de villa is er voldoende (gratis) parkeerplaats en doordat de villa in een doodlopende straat ligt is er maar weinig verkeer. In Dénia zelf is er ook meer dan voldoende (gratis en vrij goedkope) parkeergelegenheid.

The placement of the house was fantastic. With a fantastic view to beth the sea, mountains and the citty.

We loved the house, pool and gardens. It was very well equipped, extremely clean and so comfortable. The views are incredible. We travelled with our three year old daughter and our one year old son and they never wanted to leave. The house and gardens were safe for them and there was a lot for them to do between playing in the pool and wandering around. There is also a smart TV for Netflix, etc. There are two separate bedrooms on the lower floor which was perfect to give some peace to my mother-in-law who travelled with us. There are two gas BBQs (we only used the one in the back garden but there was another small one on the terrace) and one charcoal BBQ. We spent a lot of time around the amazing big pool but the lovely round pool in the back garden was great for our daughter to play in while we chilled out up there or while we cooked on the BBQ. There are lots of different spots to hang out so it would work well with a big group. Alice was very helpful at all times. The municipal market in Denia is brilliant and we bought fresh fish there every day. There was a great food street market on Friday morning. Parking in Denia can be tricky but we always found a space after a while. We didn't eat out much but we had one great lunch in El Pegolí (five minute drive) and another in Casa Benjamin in Denia, near the market.

We loved the villa, its surroundings and the hosts! The villa is specious, very clean and well equipped. Its surroundings are amazing and the views are priceless! And the hosts, Alice&Mike, are very nice, helpful and responsive.
