Me gustó especialmente el complejo en sí, su piscina, su ambiente, una ubicación bastante conveniente entre el aeropuerto (muy poco tráfico) y Santa Cruz de la Palma, con un autobús que une los 3 puntos en poco tiempo. También destacaría la limpieza del apartamento, con un servicio cada 3 días. Y finalmente su personal, que fue flexible con mis necesidades.

Lo que menos me gustó es que no tuviera lavadora, porque para una estancia larga se antoja necesario. También faltaba algún que otro producto de limpieza, utensilio de cocina o jabón de manos.

La atención por parte del chico de recepción fue maravillosa, habitaciones limpias, nuevas y cómodas. Y además la ubicación para visitar la isla, como para relajarte cuando llegas de pasar todo el día fuera, es increíble.

The place is beautiful and amazing

They have “noise” hours from 8am to 8pm Which I respect and like very much But while we were in the pool with my friend we started playing with the beach racket and ball and a bald man came to say we couldn’t play because it was too noisy Even if there were kids playing with a ball and screaming in the pool The quiet hours are for a reason and I should be able to play on the non quiet hours I really don’t understand what was his problem I wonder if he would’ve behaved the same with kids and their parents For me it was ridiculous

Fantastic location, easily accessed from the airport, and a great base to explore the island. Lovely common area with a pool and shared loungers. Clean apartments with comfortable furnishings. Very quiet neighbourhood - planes only fly over between 8am-9pm, and there are no nearby clubs or bars.

Poor sound insulation across apartments (unavoidable due to tiled floors). No basics in the kitchen - salt, pepper, oil would be very useful. The terrace furniture was very basic (I was really missing a lounger), and there was no awning to shield from the mid-day sun.

Quiet and super comfortable place. Apartment has everything what you need and its only 10 meters from the pool. Not many people at a pool was for us very important. Dino and spar and restaurants are 50-100m from apartament

Everything was perfect!

Great Location, ideal apartment self catering basic clean and fresh ample parking 5 min to bars restaurants supermarket all walking dist, good value for money for a family of 3 or 4.

Everything was just right „from A to Z“ the staff the reception staff were polite and courteous there was a cleaning service every two days the kitchen was equipped the bed was larger than I needed the television was equipped with Netflix YouTube Prime Video and many other things the living room bar clean and big enough clean

The water for showering and washing dishes was a bit weak, but nothing to complain about!!!

Friendly stuff, nice looking garden with swimming pool, quiet neighbourhood.

The apartment is worn out, not very clean, furniture is very “tide” and feels not pleasant. The shower is also need renovation. Appartment looks at the pictures much beter. Bad value for money.
