- micul dejun execrabil
- miros neplacut in camera care provenea de la scurgerea din baie si era imposibil de dormit . Am dormit numai cu usa balconului deschisa . Am sesizat acest aspect de miros neplacut din camera chiar la sosire ,dar proprietarul sa uitat nedumerit la pretentia mea . Acest miros oribil era in toata locatia pentru ca nu se curata scurgerile cu substante dedicate acestui scop si nici nu am gasit pus vreun deodorant in vasul de toaleta sau ceva parfumante pe holuri .
- curatenia superficiala, totul slinos cu miros de nicotina .. ..inclusiv in sala de mic dejun

Mic dejun excelent ,cu de toate,servirea ireprosabila,personal amabil .Amplasarea foarte buna,aproape de faleza si castel.
Baia foarte mica,fara aerisire.

Perfect location, close to the seafront, beach and Regina Maria castle.
The fridge in the room was the best so far, nothing can be better than very cold refreshments in a very hot day.
Nice family atmosphere.
We were a little bit confused about the parking, due to the new parking policy of the Balcic municipality, but we found out quickly that there are plenty of public parking places (paid, of course).

We had a very nice stay at this family hotel. The friendly owners warmly welcomed us and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable time.
This hotel is also biker friendly :)

Nothing a tall, Terrible hotel know hot water for two days, Mother and son run the place,I would not advise anyone to stay there, Me and my partner moved out after two days, The worst place I have ever stayed,
Everything was over priced,I don't have a good word to say about the place.

The shower,needs a basin and a shower curtain. Otherwise,all gets wet. Also,the bed linens not so much to my taste.

Food was ok. Did not think the food was good value when I was informed evening meal was 40 lev. Basic chicken and fries with a bit of salad and a small dessert.

Tasty and varied breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, all in all a great location for a short stay. The room was clean and spacious. Parking available on the street. The hotel is very very close to the sea, restaurants and shops.
One free coffee / person breakfast rule. First time I have encountered this, must say I am not a fan. Also, the bathroom had no shower curtain so you made water everywhere when showering, the floor drain was insuficient and there was no vent or window in our bathroom, so we ended up requesting a mop and bucket.

Friendly staff, good location very close to one of the beach and restaurants, quite zone, parking, good breakfast, great AC, hot water.
You can also serve lunch there, but we didn't try.
Wifi was available only downstairs, at the restaurant, not in the rooms. It might be good for some, bad for others.
Booked 2 rooms, in one bathroom the ventilation was not working and the floor was very slippery, but all in one we were satisfied by the entire location. :)

Good breakfast with outdoor sitting, close to waterfront, welcoming hosts.
No Wi-Fi in the room (only downstairs), have to always leave key at reception when going out, no separator for shower.

Wonderful location, very central and close to the beach, promenade, restaurants, the castle and the botanical garden - all within walking distance. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help. The area is quiet and nice, the breakfast is delicious and diverse, they have different options every day. We enjoyed our stay there and would most probably come back! Thank you! :)

We loved the fact that it is a family run hotel and we got to meet the owner. We always felt taken care of and surrounded by love.
