Good place to stay

I will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect spot for our little group of family to stay during our visit to Maryville. The house is charming and our interactions with the hosts were timely and helpful.

Great place! It's an older house but k in great shape and well maintained.

Clean and affordable property in the middle of Maryville.

What a cozy little house, filled with things to catch the eye! I spent very little time there but was very comfortable when I had the chance to rest. For me, it was too far from the MC campus to walk alone, and I never found a great driving route, but that's not even a complaint. I was very pleased with the little pink cottage and will keep it in mind for my next trip to Maryville.

We felt at home in this house. Located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Maryville and close to Smoky Mountains. Hosts were very attentive to our requests, and made sure we felt at home. We would recommend this home to anyone.

3rd time staying here. Love the house with its artsy decor and the owner is easy to work with. House is clean and has all the essentials. Location is great, central to anything in or around Maryville. Not too far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg as well.

Good stay overall. Very cute house with interesting m, fun, peaceful vibe. WiFi needs boost as tv nor devices would connect to internet sometimes. Needs hooks for bath towels and a shelf in back shower for toiletries. Would have enjoyed the ceiling fans on the very hot, humid days but they didn’t work/we couldn’t reach the pull chains.

I really enjoyed the whimsical and colorful art throughout the home. The home was spotless, the kitchen well-stocked, and the host responded immediately to a question I had when I arrived at the property. The only downside for me was the sheer curtains in both bedrooms and 1 of the 2 bathrooms. The fabric was doubled on the bottom portion of the windows, but I could still see through them fairly well when it was light on the other side. The neighborhood itself felt safe. As a single woman traveling by myself though, I would have felt more secure if I could have closed some blinds or pulled a shade at night. It is a unique and creatively decorated property though, so this may not be as big of an issue for others.

Good Location, nice layout and walkable to Maryville college. Loved the house decor and the Piano sounded great. Attended a music workshop at the college. The beds and bathrooms were very clean. Nitpicking but air vents could use cleaning and were some dirty clothes from previous guest in drawer and a few dirty dishes in dishwasher. These are only reason gave a lower rating in the cleanliness.

We loved the convenience of this property. To be in the middle of town but off the beat and path was great. This house is warm and comfortable. We will be back!

Easy and prompt communication with host. Neighborhood was close to shopping and restaurants. Thanks for a pleasant stay. Loved Maryville. Ate at Lemongrass Thai and Aubrey's Italian, both delicious!

This was definitely not your typical VRBO home! This home/art gallery was full of beautiful eclectic furnishings and lovely, thought provoking folk art. Every nook & cranny had something to look at! It was clean with comfortable beds & furnishings. If I had 1 complaint it was that the bedsheets were over-scented but that's a personal preference (I use scent free fabric softener). They were definitely clean! We were visiting family so cannot comment much on the kitchen since we didn't use it. Location is great being centrally located in Maryville! It's an easy drive to the national park, Gatlinburg, Townsend but it's nice to leave the crazy crowds behind! We'd definitely stay again!

Had a great time in this artsy cottage, near downtown Maryville. Cozy, clean and walking distance to the eateries and shops. Will stay here every time we need to visit friends and family in East Tennessee!

We were extremely pleased with the house, which we used for a home for three nights as we visited Knoxville, Maryville and Pigeon Forge. Very comfortable, great location, nice bed, plenty of amenities, great host. A perfect stay.

Our family loved our stay here. Located close to downtown Maryville this small home is equipped with everything you need. The property owner is very attentive to issues that may arise.

Robin was thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating. Not much more you can ask from a host. The unit is spacious, clean, and close to everything in Maryville. I would definitely recommend this location should anyone visit Maryville.

Easy. Beautiful, unique property

House was amazing. Although one bathroom didn't have lights that worked. We absolutely loved it.

What a memorable experience! This home has so much character and charm, and it makes you feel safe and calm. We could have lounged there for days. Everything was perfect...the bed was so comfortable, the house was equipped with all the needs for our modern day living, and it was perfectly located for all we wanted to do and see in the area. I am in awe of the owner's talent as an artist and honored to be able to view her artwork in this home. The antique furnishings were jaw-dropping. What an experience! I can not wait until my next opportunity to visit the area. I surely will hope to once again stay in this lovely home.
