Location was amazing

Room was dirty and bathroom was full of drainage water blocked, very nasty...

We do not recommend this place to anybody . Wrong amount will be charged at the reception,receipt will not be given while checking in. Later , they will say we have paid less and given the wrong change and charging extra. The guy at the reception has experience with these types of things. No lift. We checked in early and were charged 10 dollars extra. Was then told we didn’t pay the 10 dollars extra .No receipt’s were given and charged that 1000 rupees.

Breakfast was good,

It was not beach front restaurant as mentioned in booking.com photos.

Only the location was good

The room was poorly maintained. Towels were worn out and dirty. Requested the towels to be changed, and received the same set of towels. The blanket was not clean. Not worth the price.

No beach facilities

Staffs, atmosphere, location etc.

Building is very old, need some minor repairings.

None I can think of.

No power-backup. Went without power for hours in two days. Very dirty rooms. Broken door locks. Dirty pool. Broken bathroom equipment. Beach not directly accessible. Had to open gate myself. No tea / sugar / tea cups. Better off booking an apartment nearby as the services we get would be either the same of better.

Beautiful place

No value for money. Service is very poor. The room we got was not the one in the photos. Choose a place that will give you value for your money.
