Extremely comfortable mattresses and shower had lots of pressure.

The vibe of the venue is a bit strange with the choice of colors and decor, but nothing unexpected. The pictures are very obvious about this. Soundproofing isn't great...

The idea was excellent, 5 elements... Brilliant... LED lights on the floor, in the shower, the colours & theme of the rooms. We were in "the wood" element room, wich was very cosi and calm green textils (bedspread, curtain). The room was better than in the booking pictures :) The breakfast and the dinner was delicious.

The water pressure in the shower was low (insufficient), we had to wait a long time for the hot water to come. On the day of departure, the cleaning lady already knocked at 9.30 to tell us to leave the room. And at 10 o'clock again.... My husband 1.9 m tall, and it was attic room, so he always had to bend down :-/

Location is nice, staff is very nice, room was big and nice view from the window. Free parking.

Room located at 2bd floor with no elevator. Bed was too soft and thin blankets.

excellent stay. Only drawback is that we had no car so we had to get a bus from Cola which had not got a great service. However not the fault of the hotel.

Outstanding traditional Italian village away from high rise tourist trap environment! Hotel and restaurant very convenient. Clean. Huge bathroom. Best mattress and pillows of any property. Ten minute walk to beautiful Cedri Termale Spa. Like walking into Under Tuscan Sun movie.Highly recommend.

The room was clean and with all the facilities we needed. Really unique the green lights in the shower and the tv behind a mirror with a frame. The neighborhood was quiet and we booked there because we needed a place to stay for the night after being at CanevaWorld and this is really close to it. It's quite near to the lake (15 min by car) and we spent a morning on the beach

Nothing in particular, because as I said we chose this place just to rest and to be close to the lake
