The room was immaculate and modern ,we had a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful marche countryside and a sea view to match the breakfast was plenty and varied and the hosts were very kind and helpful could have stayed a few more days but we were on a travel schedule would definitely come again if we were in the area as the hotel was very central for the town and seaside

Couldn't stay longer and the restaurant wasn't open which we were looking forward too as it serves lovely food which i Ihave tasted before on a previous visit for food only

Me and my family LOVED the property. The room was very nice and Leopardi’s themed. The food at the restaurant was pretty good and the breakfast is complete with both sweet and sour things.

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was how the waiters were talking to each other, always picking at each other for little mistakes. If one of the waiters makes a mistake you should tell him in private and not tell him in front of the client.
