Food was very fresh and delicious. Facilities very clean. We traveled in early March and liked that there weren't too many guests.

The mattresses are quite firm if you like that. We were doubled charged for the buffet dinner one evening, so check on that before paying your final bill. FYI-The front desk clerk said July, August, and September are extremely crowded at the hotel.

It's a wonderful place to relax, to spend time with family and kids, to enjoy beautiful Mallorca beaches, bays and nature. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food - I'd say 8.5 out of 10, all products are very fresh, there's always plenty of food even in the end of breakfast/dinner, but it was hard to find something special. But all good! Location is superb, with a big pool and two beaches just next to the hotel and some more a bit further (all in walking distance). Pine tree terraces are the highlight! Restaurants and small shops are nearby. We absolutely enjoyed the tranquility, privacy and relaxed high-quality atmosphere of the hotel and would love to come back again.

Beds and pillows :/ Two single beds (expected, according to the room description) positioned next to each other, but pretty uncomfortable. I can't call it a small thing but it was the only disappointing moment.

crazy Sun lounger booking system was stressful and seem to create a situation where many loungers were left unused, as they were “pre-booked” however many people, including us wandering around trying to find an unbooked lounger. other than that everything was good.

The rooms were beautifully clean, lovely decor. The staff left a buffet out for us in our late arrival which was most thoughtful

Good location, clean room, amazing view from the balcony, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

The beds were not comfortable without an option to have a proper-sized double bed (there were two small mattresses joined together). The food at the restaurant was mediocre and boring despite the fact that they serve food from different cuisines each day. Also, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for younger people (25-40 yo), it felt like staying on a cruise ship :)

Everything from the get go wasn’t up to standard

Great hotel, the rooms design with sea and beach spirit, very clean. Spacious shower corner, the balconies fully equipped to hang the towels and bathing clothes. The food for half board was excellent. There are steep stairs down to the beach, which older persons could fight with to walk up (incl the walk from the center of the village). The sea there was just excellent, clean with fish swimming there. Bay watch guys were very strict with paddle boards and boats to keep safety.

Really friendly und nice staff as well as cleanliness to the smallest detail were the reasons we decided to come again here this year. Our staying was again, like the other year, amazing. Everything well organized, the staff helped us every time with everything we needed and they were really welcoming und friendly. They helped us with what we needed to organize my birthday celebration and the hotel even surprised us with a small gift. Room perfect cleaned, food delicious, interesting evening events like live music, dancing or piano music.

Everything was brilliant. Hotel is in-between 2 amazing beaches, lots of outdoor space with tree shades. Amazing view from the rooms. Super clean and comfortable. Food is sooo good and views from restaurant just like in the photos. Feels like finally a hotel I go it's in real exactly like in the pictures when booking! Super good holidays here, you won't regret

Great location, large choice of food at the hotel. Amazing view on the see from the room. The rooms are also very nicely isolated: you don't hear anything from the neighboring rooms.

The average quality of the food is so and so. There are always some good dishes but you have to select them carefully. The wifi quality is terrible: one of the worst we ever had. The staff tends to speak in German even when addressed in English.
