all the facility pictures are taken long time ago. There was no pool bar, restaurant, the pools were dirty and there was no sunbeds.

Everything was good. Housekeeping was excellent. Inspire of a big property and scattered villas, the housekeeping guys did a five star job. Dhiraj Pednekar took care that every villa was cleaned thoroughly every evening

The only problem was about operation and maintenance . The o and m guys are accountable to only the duty managers and they are not answerable to anyone . Last time I had great overall experience . Also buffet breakfast was missing this time .

Location of the property is excellent. Rooms were big, comfortable and clean. We visited this place with family and enjoyed our stay a lot. Ronald was very approachable and always ready to help.

Liked the Villa, the amount of space, the cleanliness and the maintenance of the individual villa. Also liked the service and the attention to requests. The location was also good for access to the close by beach.

The descriptions of the property with respect to the pool and the restauran5s were especially disappointing. The property was supposed to have two dine in options and also two pools. The pools were in a terrible state of disrepair and the restaurants only accommodated room service. The food in room service 2as good but expectations from booking to reality was a let down. The swimming pools were the worst experience for us as we had 3 little kids looking forward to some good quality time in pool. The water was dirty, lot of debris in the pool, construction right next to pool and wo4st of all, my son cut his leg while 2ading in the pool from a broken glass in the bottom. All in all a very disappointing state of affairs. Looks like COVID has ravaged the facility but should have been more transparent on the state of the property especially pool.

Pool was not maintaned and was dirty, Rain water dripping in the Living Room(Villa), A/C water leaked on the bed / room, the entry /access to the resort was blocked and all across work was going on etc.

What we booked looking at the photos was not given to us on the day we arrived ...... after argument with the manager were shifted the next day . Non stop construction work of road was going on
