The receptionist were rude. They gave away our second room and tried to claim I didn't have one, when I showed them my confirmation. The put 4 people into a 1 queen room and acted as if I was a bother when I asked for roll aways. Even though it was their fault they did not read what my FULL reservation was for.

Felt like a mini apartment. My family loved it. Comfortable & clean

It's not really nearby any convenient stores , it's just a long road with different factories & tractor trailers. But not bad

The staff were so accommodating. Anita, Crystal and Deshawn were so nice and accommodating to us. They extended their late checkout for us since our flight was so late in the evening and we were able to stay working in the business center until the complimentary Shuttle took us to the airport. We have a 5 month old and only stayed one night but were treated like family.

The neighborhood and surroundings were not nice. It's an industrial area and there is a state correctional facility a few blocks down. We wanted to go for a stroll with our baby and had to turn back because the abandoned buildings and surroundings felt unsafe.

Traffic noise! The elevator went out had climb steps to 3rd floor.

The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable so I slept great.

There was a lingering smell of food in the room when I first got there (no actual food was left behind, but it had a really strong smell of garlic). Also, the shower head was leaking all over the bathroom. I checked in around 1 am, so I didn’t bother to change rooms since I was exhausted, then I forgot to mention it the next day since I was not in the room for most of my stay. I just ended up tightening it myself.
