Really nice and modern accommodation, great location, shops were very close, great services

Amazing receptionist. Made the stay much more enjoyable with his positive attitude. He prepared the wellness for us and we all felt special while being in the saunas. The rest of the staff was also very nice and friendly. Thank you all.

The bed was a little springy and soft, but overall the rooms were warm, modern and cosy.

The location is great. It's quite close to the Pol'ana mountains, there's a Tesco nearby and the landscape is really pretty. The rooms are nice and clean the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is good enough as well, they provide little cups for you to rinse after toothbrushing. The price is good too, considering all these.

Despite the information given on the website, the receptionist didn't know a word in English. Communication problems were only eased by my dad's novice slovak skills, and the english knowledge of the guy who maintained the wellness section. In general we had a hard time communicating. We were told, that the restaurant of the hotel opens at 6 pm, which could have been great after a long hike in the Pol'ana mountains. We arried at the restaurant around 7.15 pm and after a few minutes of waiting time the waiter showed up and told us to leave, because the restaurant is closed (as he said "Finito!") which is pretty weird considering they opened 1 and a quarter hours ago. He was harsh and strict rather, than hospitable and it seemed like he didn't want to do the honours of the house at all. When we told the receptionist what happened she only answerd "dobre". Really helpful for sure.

I liked it very much, the rooms were comfy and clean and for that price it could not be better :) will come again definetly
