Location

Room was not cleaned prior to arrival,room was infested with German cockroaches,cockroach excrement was on furniture and wall plugs,shower was missing shower head

No breakfast was served and the location was wonderful.

I didn’t like the fact that the place was crawling with roaches.

Absolutely nothing we booked or room and waited hours to check in once able to check we where told there was nothing available that they double booked there where no accommodations and had to sleep in our vehicle

It was ok room close by to grocery store but not safe to be out at night lots of rif raf people using drug paraphernalia. Wreaks of chronic marijuana smoke in room bc it bleeds over to rooms. This is what was happening here often you would see also people sitting in their cars parked outside using. Made a complaint to the manager and was rude and said then will you still be staying here then?

As I wrote above the rudeness continued from manager Rachel she knew there was a service animal going to stay I asked before I booked on your web site. On check in Rachel was rude to my daughter who was staying there for protection from her abusive husband. She was scheduled between 6-7pm for the check in time. It was about 615pm I believe bc she was dropping off items into her storage facility next door she had just traveled across USA from California and was exhausted. I had my daughter service animal bc she had lots to unload from a truck with her friend who drove her to be close to us, her parents. We had no idea the storage was next door bc we thought the hotel was next to Walmart, when my daughter arrived the manager was telling my daughter she needed the card that put the reservation on that was my card, so I was going to head over there takes 13 minutes for me to get there then Rachel told my daughter she doesn't have time for that she is leaving. Then said are you still wanting to stay here and of course bc she was exhausted. They were surprised the hotel was next to the storage place bc they had done a GPS. They were exhausted from trip and my daughter was forced to use her card to pay and was actually charged $200 more than my booked reservations.... why? She was not aware trusted the woman until after she checked in saw her account being charged. Then two days later the manager was banging on her window my daughter has PTSD from almost being killed by her husband she is running hiding from and thought it was him she called me I arrived to be there . The manager Rachel wanted her out of room bc of the dog the device dog. I guess she realized his size . He is a quiet calm dog no barking and my daughter was quiet . Witnessed from other guests would agree to this. Even an onsite employee. The manager called police to evict her . Broke ADA laws this manager. Even the police officer said she was wrong and felt heartbroken for my daughter.

I like the location because it is centrally located to lots of restaurants, shopping etc..

Just about everything the room was gross they don’t take care of anything things are broken not wiped down and I had to clean it cause they are pretty lazy

They staff was mean and always messing something up ended having to pay 800 in one day because they refunded my money and than it was my fault somehow people stayed coming to my room bothering me i wirk late nights and was trying to sleep it was infested with roaches

Don't wasted your money. This was by far the worst hotel I've seen in many year's. It was a filthy roach infested hotel. Customer service was terrible and they never answer their phone. I was very displeased about being over charged on my credit card for one day. They refused to give a credit because it was booked through bookit.com. which I had a email confirmation of the price and days paid for. They threatened to put a guest out early in the morning because they needed to exterminator for roaches. However, the guest needed time to put their clothes on. Yet, they threatened to put him out and keep the money for his prepayed room. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place needs to be shut down immediately. The health department will be notified of the unsanitary conditions in this facility. (Especially during a Pandemic) The worst hotel in Douglasville, GA.🤢🤮

Once i cleaned the room everything was fine

My room had not been dusted or sweep and the shower curtain was filthy

Whole month in peace no problems
