Great, spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and very clean room. A great balcony with a beautiful view of the bay. Barbecue facilities included. Just a seven minute walk from the beach.

There are many extra charges for bedware, towels, and cleaning which make it difficult to compare prices between properties. But, we knew this would be the case ahead of time.

The beautiful view to the sea and to the nice garden. It was perfect.

Only two user access to wifi. The kitchen was well equipped, but a little old furnished, needed a refresh.

After reading some of the reviews, I was apprehensive about this stay - but there was no need to be. Our villa (right at the top of the residence) was very nice, clean and comfortable with everything needed for a self-catering stay (including washing machine, dishwasher, oven and a very well equipped kitchen). Air-conditioning throughout. Wifi worked fine. Parking spot in front of the villa. The balcony was the highlight with a fantastic view and nicely furnished. Well maintained, security coded residence with attractive gardens, a clean pool and pathway to the beach below. Our welcome was very friendly and helpful, especially since our flight was delayed until late evening so the sheets and towels were left in the villa.

Incredibly uncomfortable, cheap pillows and some stains on the mattresses and bedcovers (which we only fully noticed when we stripped the beds before leaving). As others have mentioned, the walk back from the beach is quite steep. We also had an ant problem, but we were promptly provided with spray to keep them at bay. Nothing to do with the residence, but on some evenings, the late-night noise from the beach bars was quite loud. Also, in July, Santa Giulia bay is nice to look at from afar, but a disappointment in reality. Far nicer, cleaner and quieter beaches a little drive up the coast.

No soap or washing liquid, nor garbage bags. Bed Linen has to be attached yourself though this seems to be normal in french apartments.

Location! ease of walking to the beach. View! Excellent! Feeling of space thanks to the openness of the balcony. This property has a real wow factor when you walk in and then open the shutters and see the view. I would most definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Fantastic sea view from the terrace. Strong wifi connection. Friendly and helpfull reception staff. Sufficient kitchenware, dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. Tennis courts available for the guests.

Ants and mosquitos everywhere. No mosquito nets installed on the windows. Apartment located in a steep hill, but that's the price you pay for the great sea view. Very bad quality of the sofa on which our children slept during the stay. The location of the air conditioning was unlucky - it blew cold air directly at the sofa and my son got sick.
