The accommodation was great! Close to the beach and the shopping street. Room itself had a big balcony for us with a beautiful view.

The view was beautiful .

There was no breakfast provided. One of the main reasons we booked this property was because we thought breakfast was provided .The majority of reviews on your website specifically mentioned that breakfast was very good so we were extremely surprised and disappointed when we were told there was no breakfast provided. We felt we had been deliberately misled. We were told breakfast hadn't been provided since we 2019. There was very little space for storage in the room and none whatsoever in the tiny bathroom. The room could be totally upgraded.

We stayed for two nights in Maori at a apartment building that had a few open spaces sublet by a nice gentleman. Our room was small but it had a TV and a bureau and a desk and a nice small bathroom with a very efficient shower with good hard water. They also gave soap. The best part of the room is a beautiful large patio with the best few in the city of Maori. We had a views on three sides and could watch the sunset and the sunrise. We had a beautiful view of the water. The room was well equipped with a small refrigerator a hot water pot to make tea or coffee and the owner gave us each 2 bottles of water. So all in all it’s a really really beautiful place.

The biggest problem for us is that my daughter has asthma and she needs good air conditioning to feel good and to be able to do all the traveling. Unfortunately this room just would not get cooled down. We had the owner come and try to fix it and he said it was working properly. They have it set up so that if you go out on the porch and don’t close the patio door then the air-conditioning goes off. If you leave the room to go out for the day you have to take the key out of a hole that turns the air conditioner off automatically. So basically the room is hot all day and it really never cools off. We’ve been trying to get it cool for about five hours and no luck. So we’re going to sleep and it’s probably about 82 in the room and uncomfortable and not sleepable in my opinion. The manager offered to keep the air conditioning on all day tomorrow to see if it behaves better by the time we get home from our travels but I just don’t think it works very well. Time will tell! We paid the most that we’ve paid on this trip for this room for two nights and definitely the view is worth it but if you can’t sleep comfortably, it’s all for naught
