The staff were lovely friendly and very helpful. We had a small noise issue which the staff went over and above to rectify. The weather was hot and muggy the number of windows allowed a good breeze with the curtains closed. WiFi was good as was the phone signal (as someone who lived in Swansea for a few years the phone signal can be terrible in some older properties).

Toilet broken,kept re filling water so noisey. A few cleaning issues of the room.Needs a spruce up in places.Black shower doors,rusty bathroom mirror.

Noisy guests outside our room, was woken a few times during the night due to doors being slammed and loud voices outside our room

Winstone whom I gather is the Manager, was exceptionally helpful. I was lent a charging lead for my iPhone having forgotten mine. Anything needed - such as a new bulb was very quickly supplied..

It served its purpose which was for somewhere to stay overnight in readiness for a sporting event early the next day
We could hear everything from the apartment upstairs, from them singing and shouting to them
Enjoying each other’s company later in the evening
