O quarto é bem confortável. Cama grande, roupa de cama e toalhas cheirosas, tudo bem limpo. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. A área externa também é muito boa, sala de jogos maneira. Café da manhã bem gostosinho.

Único ponto que pode ser melhor, é a tv do quarto ser uma smart e ter tv a cabo, pois só tinham dois canais fechados e por não ser uma tv muito nova, o som dela também é ruim.

The breakfast was satisfactory but with little variety. The fresh papayas were great. The grounds and pool were absolutely lovely. The interior had many rooms for general gathering that were furnished in a lovely elegant manner - very open and inviting.

As a North American, I was worried about drinking the water in a small town in Brazil - also worried about brushing my teeth in it. The hotel I was at previously gave complimentary bottled water each day to take care of needs like this. It wouldn't cost much to add that to the package at La Ponsa. I was never sure whether we were allowed to flush toilet paper in the bathrooms. Clearer bathroom signage would be appreciated.

Room size and breakfast

Facilities: swimming pool, sauna, gym and game room are too old. All facilities need maintenance; Staff in the reception need better training; Bathroom with bad smell.

Nice place with simple navigation.

Breakfast could be more rich

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, great breakfast, lovely areas for relaxing around the hotel, especially outside.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating: air conditioning was not working properly and he upgraded us to a more spacious and comfortable room; the breakfast was very good, the premises very enjoyable and it was not too far to drive to Penedo

The only thing I didn’t care but it’s a small fix: the microwave available for the guests was not in a good shape: the whole top inside was corroded.

Good breakfast , good confort at the room, good staff

WE DON´T HAVE CABLE TV AT THE APARTMENTS. ALLFULL !!! IN THE 21TH CENTURY WITHOUT CABLE TV.
