Nice wellness area, tasty food, good location

comfortable beds, duvet, pillows, lovely receptionists, waiters and waitresses. good, central location also. spacious family rooms great food!

the room wasn’t cleaned properly, had to ask for extra vacuuming but the ladies came did a great job and apologised. Swimming pool wasn’t heated, booked a massage and masseur informed me 4minutes after my appointment (whilst interrupting another one!) that he is unable to massage me due to delays as he has to do multiple jobs at the same time. didn’t inform reception and messed up my schedule for that day. it is apparently a 4* hotel but lacking service and some facilities so I would rate it a great 3* one. pricey for what it offers .

We came to the hotel before 11 am but it wasn't a problem at all. Nice lady at the reception desk did check in with us and let us know that our room will be ready at 2 pm because it is check-in time. Meantime, we could leave the luggage in the storage room and go to the wellness. After 20 minutes she reached us in wellness with a key from our room. We were so thankful for it because we were after long journey without sleep. The room was clean and spacious with nice temperature. The food was delicious with many selections. For us, it was a beautiful stay and we hope that we will have the opportunity to come back one day.

The room was large and confortable. The spa was great. Very good food at breakfast and dinner. Good, reliable wifi. Parking available at the property for a quite small charge.

The staff was generaly nice but except for one person at the front desk, no one seem to speak other language than Hungarian. Some smaller and softer pillows would have been better. 🙂

Nice-looking rooms, water pool, and saunas - all were really nice. We appreciated the tasty meals, as well as the coffee - it was really good!

The waiters were showing us that we are not Hungarians and especially one of the waiters ignored us all the time as we were not immediately ready to tell him our order of drinks. The receptionist was also quite unpleasant to us, from the time we showed our passports. He even rejected to provide us with additional information about the nearby spa - direction and opening time. In all cases, we were fluently speaking to them in Hungarian. The receptionist showed us that we are "not welcome in Hungary" like we would be their "enemy". We were four, 2 from Slovakia and 2 from Canada, and such behavior was pretty unpleasant to us.

Cozy, elegant service, friendly and usefull staff (also good English and some Romanian) and unexpected extensions of jacuzzi time table and of check-out hour. Everything for a perfect stay!

Dinner could be better. In my stay dinner was included , but I had to pay money for sparkling water every single day ::(( There is no water heater in room for coffee and tea.

The food was delicious, the bed was comfortable, the wellness section was great.

I thought 4 stars would contain traveling cosmetics in the room not just one bootle of shower gel and shampoo bootle fixed on the wall. The carpet in the room seemed dirty or very used.

Staff was great. Room was clean, bed was good enough - pillows were also good enough. Internet worked fine. Food was good, with some few, but reasonable options for people with food intolerance like me! Localization is good, less than 10 min walk from the cave bath. The hotel wellness is also very good. And we got chocolate when we entered the room, so nice for a Valentine's weekend!

Some lightbulbs missing in the bedroom. The buffet coffee was not good, and although there is a chance to order and pay for a good one, still, the one offered in the buffet could be better.
