Food, Hospitality Wifi issue Pool not working Bathroom were not clean No manners to speak to guest Over priced with low maintenance

There was some renovation work going on and it created lot of disturbance. WiFi doesn't work.. rooms were not worthy 4 star hotel.

Rooms, location and charges not worth!!

Breakfast was good. The stay was fairly comfortable. The swimming pool was good. The kids play area was also good.

There was no lift in the building. So difficult for old people. As it was Saturday and Sunday the hotel was full but the staff was very less which resulted in delay of all services.

I couldn't say anything nice about this hotel, because I could not find anything nice over here. Overall a very bad place to stay for.

The sanitation of the rooms which was very bad. There wee too much of mosquitos were there in the rooms. The food was bad too. Overall a bad place.

I liked the location & facilities in the resort like swimming pool & restaurants.

The cleanliness in the room & room service was pathetic. It was very slow & took lot of time for getting anything that you order.

Liked d room d surroundings. Food was nice...staffs were friendly n warm

I think they don't have a generator backup....need to work on geyser as initial when v use to start it water use to b warm thn in next 5 mins chilling cold...it happened twice...also while taking shower lights we t off as I assume no power back up for 30 min had to take shower in cold water in cold.weather..

If you order the food on your own, it's worth the quality. Food service is great and being taken care of.

Room service is bad. AC was not working well. There was no display of temperature that you can see on AC screen. Had to carry all the luggage to the room by own self. For extra bed, matress was in a bad condition and was torn. Tea/coffee maker had a bad smell. Washroom are not that clean. Reception people are not that welcoming.

The staff was not sure about the room and payment issues
