Mountain view was good...

Room was dirty...bed sheet torned, stained and not washed... water tap was not working... food was not good...no parking space for suv...

Location of the homestay is good...2.5km's away from Chaurasta(Mall road) but the place is quite and away from hustle bustle of the city...2 cars can be parked in front of homestay...The homestay is nearer to Ghoom monastry, Batasia loop and Darjeeling Toytrain station...

Bed heater only available, if they have full room temperature control then better. Hotel staff can be little more interactive to client and inform the time delay on food preparation well in advance.

You could order local food on time and they serve it in room. I am not sure if the food is cooked in a real restaurant because they supply toast and omelet but no salt/pepper. They bring you food but not water to drink. I have never been to a hotel where bottle water is not available.

Amazing stay, amazing host. I would definitely stay here when I plan a Darjeeling trip again. Facilities, rooms, cleanliness, location and food exceeded my expectations. You get to see Mt. Kanchenjunga from your window/balcony.

Whatever little I liked the room, the overall experience sucked!

Zero hospitality. Rude staff and the owner. No professionalism or etiquettes. I booked it based on reviews but I couldn't find a single positive thing here. It was like an orphanage for the guests. There was never a single person on the desk. They didn't bother to check that I had extended my stay by a day and rudely asked me to vacate the room when I was outside. Worse still, after waiting for long to make the payment I walked a few steps to a nearby shop to get some snacks and keep my heavy bags there, the owner had the audacity to accuse me of escaping without making the payment. Worst experience ever.

No hospitality, owned by unprofessional arrogant lady. My experience was, First asked for money to deposit before confirming booking and then when i reached that scary, unsafe without reception home stay not hotel, i found nobody there. When i called owner she started arguing after already taking money. She didn't listen me and start saying we can not give you 24×7 staff services with 1500. But there is so many good and professional hotels available within 1500 who confirm booking and also call for asking when we are arriving and also wait for welcome. Simoly tgese people are cheaters.

It was an amazing stay. The rooms were very comfortable & awesome views..Very helpful staff. Food & service is very good. If I go to darjeeling again I will stay in pahari soul....

Location and hotek is very good and all staffs is very helpful and good.

Their one problem thats after 6pm no food order received .that is not good for travelers because they fill some refresh after come back hotel but after 6pm no food order received in this hotel.

Very nice host and perfect for a quick getaway.
