Used the Banquet area for the daily breakfast. The staff were to causal and not attentive to guest needs. The food counter was often running out supplies due to limited quantity put up and it took reminders for staff to replenish.

the hotel next door is extremely noisy at night.Nightmare and struggle to sleep. only good point was the breakfast.

The tea/coffee maker was not working. Late night music from neighbours. My credit card was charged Re. 1 before my arrival, not expected. The website says free service of taxi from airport, which was later declined. That was one of the reason for booking. If the hotel do not provide such facility, it should be removed.

Nirvana Homtel is a nice hotel, centrally located close to MI road. The staff are courteous well spoken hospitality oriented and flexible. Although I didn't like the food during breakfast, but it can always be improved. The rooms were clean and nice. Although I did not see much of family crowd but it seems a decent hotel for families as well. Front Desk, Room Service, Resturant all the staff are good. Would love to stay again :)

As such there was nothing much that I didnt like, but certain things should be improved like food, the in room dining should be made more customer oriented than the present menu. Some branded toiletries would bring smiles :).

Cleanliness

Very nice place and entire staff beginning from security, reception, restaurant house keeping all are really well cultured team.

The toilet jet spray should be fixed on to the RHS & not LHS.
