The villa is very well equipped, the rooms are spacious and there are bathrooms for every bedroom. There is a pool and the surroundings are very quiet.

The property has a design which is not very friendly, because the main area (including living room and kitchen) are upstairs, at first floor and there is only one entrance in front of the house; the pool is situated in the backyard, with no direct access to the house.... So if you want to have a BBQ and relax by the pool (there is a BBQ and a place to stay) you have to come all the way from upstairs with everything... kitchenware, food (and then go back with them at the end...) and go in the back of the house... So we skipped that. There is also a balcony/terrace at the first floor, in front of the living room, however with the view as well in front of the house, to the main road, and not to the garden and/or to the pool... So we could not watch the kids in the pool and one adult had to stay with them by the pool. The windows here had no mosquito net, so we had to keep the windows closed at all times, we could only use the A/c. There is also a game room with soccer table and tennis table but it is in the basement where is kind of cold, too much moisture and lack of ventilation, lack of possibility to open any of the doors/windows.... kind of creepy :) We did not receive too much information from the owner on how to get there, how to get the key, etc, and we were asked to check in only between 16-19, which was kind of exaggerated. In one week there was no cleaning and not change of sheets, no change of towels .... Not last, the village where the villa is situated is at 20 minutes from a supermarket or a restaurant; the so called restaurant that was said to be in 400 meters from the villa is did not looked even functional anymore /... deserted from a very long time.
