The large apartment could fit 5 of us, a couple with grandparents and a 1 year old kid. The location is nicely close to the beach and the train station to Riga. There are good restaurants around for breakfast, lunch and dinner (but stay away from Olivje on the opposite side of the street, very pricey, rude staffs and not tasty food, the beer house next to Olivje is quite good though, similar price but tastier) The place was clean when we checked in, but you need to manage your own trash since they do not clean the house at all within your 6 days stay. We came 1hour earlier so we need to pay 30 eur extra for early check in.

I might book another one closer to majori next time. The apartment number 2 where we lived was quite noisy with some kids living upstair running during the night, and the road was quite restless.

Location was exellence. There was very good restaurant on opposite side of hotel.

Clean and quite recently renovated apartment. Well located close to the beach and multiple restaurants nearby. Quite pleasant 5 day stay as a family of 4.

Heat pump wasnt very effective. It keeped temps in decent level only when outside temp was below 20degC. Air ventilation wast good also. Laundry takes two days to dry as the humidity of apartment was close to rain forest.

I love the place location and view. There is lots of room and rooms very bright. Facilities are generally good. Good central location with nearby restaurants. Just five minutes to seafront.

The phone not work and no one in reception at the times stated. There was only one wine glass and I could not find the iron. Perhaps this was because start of season.

Very accomodating staff. Lovely appartment. Would definitely come back again

Everything was excellent. Beach and restaurants nearby.

Running water from the taps were smelly.

No separate toilets

The 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs of a family with 2 kids. It has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay (except dishwasher). There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Its quite close to the beach and train station. We took train couple of times just to have one stop ride till Dzintari park .

This property is right behind train line, so it can get loud when train passes.

Apartment was not very clean when we arrived. The staff fixed it the following day. Don't forget to ask for the remote of the parking gate. We were stuck inside the parking lot and nobody was there to help us. We had to knock to the next door apartment to borrow their remote.
