NOTA BENE: C'è un progetto di pittura a livello di edificio esterno in programma per l'inizio di agosto fino a fine settembre 2019. Non ci sarà mai bisogno di andare all'interno del condominio, ma questo condominio potrebbe avere qualche lavoro da fare direttamente al di fuori del balcone con alcune impalcature necessarie. La piscina sarà aperta e accessibile ad eccezione del 13 settembre fino al 16 settembre 2019.

Everything in condo was great. Loved the location. The only thing we didn’t like was the elevator never worked. We were thankful we were on the first floor. Only had to walk one flight of stairs.

We had a great trip. Everything was as described. The ocean view is amazing. Condo is large and plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the beach toys and other beach items were a plus. Condo is great location to the parking spot and easy walk to the pool and beach. Pool water was warm. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

This condo was perfect for our family! We got in pretty late (11pm). The parking spot location was perfect for our Jeep Wagoneer. Plenty of space to get out and unload! The spot is right next to the staircase. With the condo being only 1 floor up this made it SO EASY and convenient. The elevator is only a little way down but we used the staircase mostly! It is only a few steps from the pool and beach! The pool was shaded most of the day but it was heated so the kids didn’t mind! Plenty of space inside for 4 adults and 2 kids! The only thing we would recommend is maybe more comfortable twin beds :/ or plan on only kids sleeping in them. They are pretty uncomfortable and squeaky for adults to sleep in. This condo is still a 10/10 from us!!

The condo and beach were fantastic. There were a lot of beach toys for kids. Unfortunately the weather was bad, so we couldn’t use the pool or go to the beach. There’s a couple of restaurants in walking distance. The house itself and the stairways are very old but we enjoyed the condo a lot. It was also great to have a washing machine and a dryer.

The condo was spacious for 6 adults. The beds are comfortable, large kitchen and tvs in every room. Parking is right by the stairs which is just outside of the unit making easy access to your car and the beach. Elevator for luggage. But the best part is the views and sounds of the ocean from the balcony! Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are a nice benefit. We highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Las Brisas was wonderful. With silky soft sandy beaches, warm relaxing gentle waves. With nightly sunsets perfectly painted in the sky. Our spacious room just above the the silky sands gives way to perfect views of the beaches.

This was our first time staying at Madeira Beach and my first time booking through Vrbo- itrip. I was a little anxious about it all at first mostly because I was the one that was making the decision for us all.
The booking was truly easy and I did email them with a question and they were very quick to respond. Great customer service!
If you are wondering if this Unit is as beautiful as the pictures I can tell you that it most certainly is right down to those teal blue chairs on the balcony! We wanted to stay somewhere on the beach with ocean view and this place absolutely delivered! It has a gorgeous view and it IS right on the beach! This condo was very clean… high marks for their cleaning staff Thank you so much!! We had five adult women in the condo with plenty of room to spare.
Very spacious and beautifully decorated. You won’t be disappointed. The beach chair rental place is directly below this condo very convenient although the owners have beach chairs available for you to use during your stay. John’s Pass is not far maybe a ten minute walk if that, great shopping and restaurants there overlooking the water of a marina. We took several walks to local restaurants and pub’s and I felt very safe and secure. There is a trolley that runs throughout this area and a stop very close to this condo complex, however we did not need it. I look forward to coming back for another stay in this same Unit

We really enjoyed our stay. We love the location and proximity to the beach. The room was very clean and modern. We had all the amenities we needed. It is walking distance to several restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

The location of this property is great for our family. We love the ease of being able to go back and forth from the condo, beach, and pool. We buy groceries and never leave but they are restaurants near by.
Overall, the condo is good. The furniture has seen better days but we are on the beach mostly so not a huge deal, plus I get it, it's a rental. The condo had everything that we needed. The management was great. They responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We appreciated not having to pack beach towels! Thank you, we look forward to staying again, soon!

When you drive up to the condo complex, it looks a little dicey as the exterior decor doesn't make the place inviting, when we got to our unit the locking mechanism was dated and the door was stuck for you have to use your shoulder to get it open. Upon entering all the exterior goes to wash, as the inside unit changes all view of the place. The view of the gulf is priceless and being able to hear the waves while you sleep makes me want to move back to Florida again or at least get a condo! The decor is coastal and very inviting. The kids and wife had a blast and enjoyed every moment. Would recommend that you keep an open mind when you approach the unit as you can judge the book by its cover!

This was a perfect place for us to spend our anniversary. My husband and my idea of going to the beach is a book and balcony, and we found just what we were looking for with this unit. We were close enough to the beach to feel like we were on it. Until the sun set, we spent every day on the balcony, enjoying the beach. The location is quiet, more family than party oriented. The unit was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed for a stellar getaway. Thanks so much.

We really enjoyed our week at this property. The location is great and the beach never felt crowded here. Very nice condo with plenty of room for our family of five and plenty of room for a couple more! We had one issue with someone parking in our designated spot and management answered me immediately with a solution! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Perfect Family Vacation
The property was exactly what the listing stated. The 2nd floor 101 unit had an amazing view of the beach which was just a few steps to reach. We saw dolphins swimming by the condo almost every morning and saw some manatee too. John’s pass was a short drive which had some nice shops and restaurants especially if you love seafood. Overall it was a great place and location. I would definitely stay here again. The only constructive feedback which was not a big deal but check out was 11 and the cleaning lady arrived at 10:55. She was super apologetic but we were getting ready to walk out the door anyway. I got a phone call from the property manager around 11:20 reminding me checkout was a 11 and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I told him I was almost at airport and he laughed. He said the cleaning lady called him upset that we were still in the unit when we got there. Again not criticism on the property or unit but was a bit funny.

Perfect vacation!
We stayed with family for 6 wonderful days on Madeira Beach. Our trip was magical and your unit was perfect. Your beautiful view from the deck is forever in my mind.
The layout of your condo was great. We loved having the Master at the beach end and the kids stayed on the other end. We were in close proximity of Johns Pass so just took the shuttle down and back. The beach was our entertainment and having it be private kept the numbers down so we could spread out and and enjoy it.
Our only complaint would be some kind of tiny live worms in 2 of the kitchen drawers.

Wonderful Spring Break Spot
This property is perfectly located in Madeira Beach. My family of four had plenty of room and the washer/dryer was a great convenience. The property was clean, comfortable and has the necessary cooking essentials. The property is close enough to walk to restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break at this property and would highly recommend!

This was very close to the beach. It lacked kitchen supplies to cook many things. Kids did not enjoy the very large roaches that came out of a locked closet into their bedroom.

Beds are terrible, very uncomfortable, squeaky and lumpy. This is not a 5 star unit. Water pressure was terrible. Because beds were bad some of my family slept on couch

Nice condo but filthy!
The view was the best part. The condo is gross, so dirty! You should go through it with a power washer! We had to live with roaches, we had the hebbie jebbies the whole time! Saw a dead rat on the side of the building. I had to clean the kitchen drawers, they were so dirty. Screen door rollers were broken so couldn’t move the door. They came to fix it and we never got it back the month we were there. The TV remote was such a mess had to press cable on behind the TV to get it to play every time.
