'Fox Run' è una nuova casa con accesso diretto alle piste da sci sul Peak 8. Situato a soli due case da Four O'Clock Run, questa casa è una posizione privilegiata per sciare in inverno. We enjoyed hanging out in this house, big enough to spread out and have private space but also perfect for great space to come together. Location was great, ski in & out once we knew our way around. Hot tub was great! Thanks for a rememberable stay!

Overall we loved the property and our experience. While it didn’t start all that great (as we experienced a gas leak when we checked it), the response from the property manager was what we hoped for as the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Everybody involved was very responsive to the situation and our needs. Once fixed, our stay was fantastic- especially the 8 in of fresh powder the mountain gave us during our stay!!

We had a nice stay. The photos and listing details were accurate. The home is spacious for a large group but cozy at the same time.
Pros: Location, Humidifiers in every room!, Very well stocked kitchen, Comfortable beds and bedding, Plenty of seating for large groups to gather together,
Cons: The Management!! They prefer to ignore you, and if you aren't okay with being ignored they'll be rude and make excuses rather than be helpful. They'll also try and make you feel bad about asking questions.
The heated mats outside the hot tub weren't working. They had iced over and it made for a very dangerous path to get in and out. 2 members of our group slipped and fell. I contacted the management and received no reply.
The heating system was also turned up very high (75°) and no one slept well the first 2 nights it was way too hot. The guest instructions recommended it stay at 67-68° so a previous guest must have set it that high. We tried to adjust it multiple times with no luck. I reached out to management again and received a snarky response back.
I also tried for days leading up to the trip to contact them to confirm some details so we could plan accordingly. All my messages were ignored.

My family (9) had an incredible time at the Fox Run property.
I saw a fox first hand from the balcony, and the fox looked at me. Made my day.
We enjoyed the wonderful common areas, and the ability to retreat to our own quarters.
My sometimes hard to please family was over the moon with the house.
I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great property with quick access to the mountain. The house was setup great and accommodated our large group very well. The kitchen was well stocked so you can prepare meals at the house. Lots of games, great views and perfect mud room for all of your ski equipment. Be careful not to run the dishwasher and/or washing machine if multiple people need to shower at once - the hot water will run out if too many people shower at once. Also, there was construction going on almost everyday. There's an extension being build onto the property and it was pretty noisy during the day, especially downstairs. Construction crews showed up at 9am the day we were leaving and rushed us to load our luggage or we would need to load in the street to prevent from being blocked in. The host said construction would continue through the Spring of 2023.

Great Home & Stay!
Living in Denver we use VRBO a lot and without question this is the best home we have stayed at. From everything being in the kitchen necessary, to soaps, lotions, grill, hot tub, entertainment areas, pool table and ski in/ski out, this is an excellent rental!

Great Breck Getaway!
Well stocked with everything you need. Truly ski on/ski off: here’s how to get onto the mountain. Pop into your skis right at the front door and ski along the side of the house and down to Four O’Clock Run. At the end of the day, turn off Four O’Clock Run a couple hundred yards after the Ski Cat storage/parking area on a little turn off to the left…this drops you 3 houses up, you can ski right to the driveway.
Hot tub is oversized and easily fits a lot of people, and great view. Basement area with pool table, huge couch and TV was perfect for the kids.
Everyone had their own bathroom and there’s plenty of space for 12 people…we had 3 families - there’s a whole extra room for ski boot/ski storage that’s super convenient right at the front entrance.
Would definitely stay here again!

One of the Best
This place was perfect for my large group. My group travels around the world for our annual ski trips and this property was the 2nd best price-to-value we've seen (usurped only by a property in Big Sky, which makes sense since there's less demand there.) Management was super responsive as well. Highly recommended.

Perfect location had everything we could want or need.
This was a perfect ski in ski out rental for a large group. Well stocked with anything you could need. We like to cook our meals and weren’t constantly looking for oil, or a spatula or tin foil etc. like we do at some other rentals. Steam shower in the bathrooms and the hot tub were perfect for after a long day of skiing or boarding. Highly recommend this rental for a large group.

Best vacation ever!
We rented Fox Run last minute to abide by the Covid health order and separate our families! This house was amazing. From the hot tub, pool table, jacuzzi tub, steamed showers, heated floors, Christmas decorations, and ski locker room, we could not have asked for more! The ski in and out was super convenient for our group. My 15 year old did not have to wait on everyone else and could take off by himself. We can not wait to come back and enjoy this house with our family and friends!

Great place, but there were issues
This property was great, however there were some issues that could have been eliminated with an update to the priority manual or a preoccupancy walk through by the manager. The first night we had issues with the hot tub. From the control panel it appeared to need service because the jets were not working. The TV's were not working. Xfinity was cancelled in April, however the cable boxes and remotes were still on property giving the appearance that the cable was still connected. We found that a Google TV streaming dongal was connected to one TV but we needed to figure out how to used it (still leaving all other TV's in the home un usable). Th blind in the bathroom of the main bedroom on the second floor was broken giving no privacy. There was no washcloths in any bathroom we finally fond them the morning we checkout in a basement closet. The Keurig machine has a second power switch in the back that no-one in our party was aware of that took some time to find. one of the side table lamps in the main bedroom has a switch that you tap to turn it on and off stopped working. The property manager was very responsive and helpful is working with us, However as I stated much of this could have been avoided if the homes manual had been current and a preocupancy walk-through been done prior to our arrival.
