Praktisch eingerichtete FeWo mit sehr guter Anbindung an ÖPNV. Rheinradweg in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Parken direkt vor dem Haus.
Vermieter sollte bei nächster Gelegenheit mal seine Beleuchtung prüfen. Es sind mehrere Lampen defekt.

La localisation : au pied de la rue piétonne et du commissariat.
Décoré avec goût.
Bonbons et eau gazeuse offerts à l'arrivée.
Des voisins étaient bruyants, une petite fille n'arrêtait pas de crier tous les soirs.
Mais c'est indépendant des propriétaires.

Wunderbare Unterkunft, idealer Ausgangspunkt für das Phantasialand. Sehr moderne und geräumige Wohnung! Alles da was man braucht!

Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell in Köln oder in Bonn. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend für Übernachtungen. Es hat eine Kochnische, mit Zubehör für 2 Personen. Eine Senseo Maschine, Mikrowelle soweit das dazugehörige Kochgeschirr. Sie bekommen ca 2 Wochen eine Email mit einem Code zugesendet. Damit Sie in das appartement reinkommen. Sie müssen somit nicht vorher, in persönlichen Kontakt treten. Telefonisch ist jedoch jemand erreichbar. Die Betten sind trennbar. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Es ist sehr ruhig vor Ort.
Wir waren zwei Nächte über das Wochenende vor Ort.

i have made a reservation by mistake to the wrong dates and when i found out about it after the first night of no show, the property was not willing to refund my money for the rest of the stay or change the dates to the correct ones. I am a frequent user of Booking and travel extensively and i have never encountered such a rude and unsympathetic host.

it's a very nice flat with lots of equipment.
one might feel a bit scared by all the cautions around the flat. I was forced to clean everything in the kitchen otherwise they would charge my debit card a fee. I don't have a problem to clean the apartment as long as the cleaning fee is not included in the price. However, in this flat I thought the cleaning fee was included in what I had paid for.

The bed sheets (duvets) were thick - while it was extremely hot; pillows were of pour quality

The check in was simple as always. The location is very close the the train station, which makes the entire process much easier. It's also quite close to the local super market.

To be informed about the entry procedure. We hadn't been informed about the number of the apartment and it was difficult to communicate in Polish and in German... but finally Watchup made the miracle ...

The location was unexpectedly large with a balcony.
I was never sent an email letting me know which room was mine. I had to guess based on the pin code. I also don’t like all of the potential hidden fees: a possible 200 EUR deposit. This is a significant sum of money and should require a separate contract. There’s also the chance that the customer will be charged extra for leaving an unusually messy apartment. This wasn’t a big problem for me problem for me personally (I left the room about as clean as it was when I entered). But if you want to charge for cleaning services, you just charge for cleaning services. It felt more like I was expected to behave like a guest in someone’s home rather than a paying customer at a business.
