Location is perfect

Parking is not private. It is street parking and you need to pay. That was misleading in the information given by the property. Third floor no elevator. Bathroom was not vented enough and there was some mold.

Lovely building, great location, beautiful room. Elvira was easy to talk to, helpful and gave us some good tips of things to do. Beautiful big bathroom.

We were a little disappointed to get a Juliette balcony only when we had specifically upgraded for a room with a balcony.

Posizione centralissima vicino sia ai locali notturni che al molo per gli imbarchi. C'è un parcheggio a pagamento proprio a fianco il portone di ingresso 1,5€/h. La.stanza è abbastanza grande e completa di frigo e TV. Molto pulita.

Sapevamo del bagno privato fuori la stanza ma ce lo aspettavamo più vicino e non in fondo al corridoio. Vista questa distanza consiglio di fornire degli accappatoi e non dei teli perché se uno si fa la doccia c'è e deve tornare in camera rischia di incontrare gli altri utenti delle stanze in condizioni poco piacevoli. Solo un consiglio non una critica.

Building was under construction from outside which was a bit bad first sight image but room was great with all basic facilities.
