The home was comfortable, nicely decorated and the view to the lake was peaceful.
The kitchen was well equipped although being people who like to cook we thought there would at least be salt and pepper, but there was not one iota of salt, sugar, oil,spices etc. cabinets are bare and just barely enough silverware.
But maybe we’re weirdos and most people go out to eat.
There were plenty of nice towels both for bath and for lake activities and the kayaks and variety of lake rafts etc were wonderful.
The grill was gross as were all the screen windows which were full of dead bugs which leads me to believe that the house cleaners are not doing their job.
The few issues that I’ve mentioned were unfortunate but I have to say the owners were easily available for questions and concerns and, most importantly it is a very nice home equipped to spend some peaceful days.

This location was PERFECT!!! Mountain bike trails close by, very nice lake with kayaks, paddle boat, floaties, and a beautiful clean home! Would definitely recommend and stay here again

My husband and I with our three boys 21, 18 and 16 needed a little vacation time that was 2 hours away from Tulsa. We felt very at home and comfortable. The view of the lake is absolutely gorgeous and relaxing. We loved kayaking for hours on Lake Brittany. I grew up floating down the Illinois river and it felt just like that even though it was a lake. The cool breeze, cold water, tall trees and nature was just what the soul needed. The steps down to lake are a doozy but I enjoyed the exercise. We grilled out and used the kitchen for all our meals. The 4 TV’s in each room gave everybody their own freedom. We enjoyed playing board games and a puzzle at the table. The cold AC kept up with the 90 degree heat advisory weather outside. We loved pulling into the garage unload and loading, felt like our personal lake home. Beds were clean and comfy. Everything was provided for our needs. If they wanted to sweeten the deal, a paddle board and oar would have made things even perfect. I love that the two kayaks were already out for us to enjoy. We would come back in a heart beat.

We loved staying here and had a very relaxing time. The views are great and has one of the easiest access to the lake compared to other properties in Bella Vista we have stayed at. The property is exactly as described with all the facilities, cookware we needed. Property was very clean and while we did not need to contact the owners while there, the communication beforehand was easy and quick. We willl definitely look to stay again

These property managers know what they're doing! Such a tranquil spot with everything needed to enjoy it, including kayaks, a paddle boat, and an abundance of floaties/lake toys. The whole stay felt indulgent in even small ways; they provided tons of towels, extra blankets, a fully outfitted kitchen and grill stuff, plus access to all the streaming options you could want. We loved our stay!

Patrick and Chance have provided a wonderful and peaceful lakefront home away from home. Comfy beds, plenty of amenities and spectacular views of Lake Brittany. We will be sure to book again in the future

We were fortunate to be able to rent this house on Lake Brittany for a week of R&R. The home is super nice - the layout is perfect for a couple, family with kids, or two couples - as it has 2 primary suites. The house was very clean. Everything in very good condition - like new furniture. The kitchen was great - had everything we needed. The sunroom is a huge plus! We spent a lot of time in the evenings sitting out there reading. The house is in an excellent neighborhood with many beautiful new homes. We felt very safe here. Renters are allowed to use the garage which was a perk. Outdoors there are several lawn chairs, an outdoor table and two lounge chairs - room for everyone! Communication with the owners couldn't have been better. My questions were responded to almost immediately every time. We spent 4 nights in the house - and it wasn't nearly enough. When we visit the Ozarks in the future, we will absolutely rent this home again. We visited a few local restaurants - several are listed in the owner's folder. Excellent food!! If you love Calzone's, Gusano's is amazing!! Be sure to visit the Mildred B Cooper chapel. It's just a few miles away - we were awe-struck! An amazingly beautiful place. We very much enjoyed our stay and were totally pleased with everything, including the owners! We strongly recommend this home for a vacation rental.

My sister and I were celebrating her 50th birthday and chose this house for the close proximity to nature and hiking but also shops and restaurants.
Sitting in the dining nook each morning sipping coffee while looking out over the lake was reason enough to stay. We ate a lot of meals at the house , so the fully stocked kitchen worked well. The fireplace was awesome too.
It was too chilly to go in the lake, so I can’t speak to that. But we would definitely stay here again.

Super cute house with a beautiful view of the lake. Beds were comfy, coffeemaker was perfect. Gusanos pizza was amazing. We loved bentonville taco and tamale in the square. All recommendations from the host. Excellent communication from host and super easy checkout procedure.

Very lovely house and property. Nicely furnished and well stocked kitchen. My husband, daughter, son and their spouses. Was the perfect size for 6 people. Will definitely stay again.

Home is lakefront as advertised and has a beautiful view off of the back deck and also off of the eat-in kitchen area which has a full bank of windows overlooking the water. Lots of space and comfortable accommodations. Home was well equipped. Property manager was easy to communicate with and gave lots of helpful information prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again.

The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, full of lovely homes in idyllic settings. It's also much more beautiful than the pictures portray; everything is just lovely -- the view, the furnishings, lighting throughout the house, well stocked, everything. Let's see . . . the front room has a bed in it, and a very nice desk, but there's no closet. We didn't hear one word from the property manager -- not even a welcome text --but that was OK; didn't need anything from anyone. The instructions were clear and the house was perfect. (Well, we did wish that at least one box of kleenex had been provided. And a binder with detailed instructions on working the television and all the switches would be a good addtion. Plus, I much prefer Egyptian cotton sheets--wish owners/mgrs would at least give us an option.)

Beautiful house that had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and living spaces. The deck & dock were perfect. Very peaceful lake even made more enjoyable with use of the pedalboat.

The house and property were all we could have imagined. The house was impeccable -- clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The porch, deck, and dock area were just right and kayaking around the lake was so enjoyable. We are three sisters in our 50s and were absolutely delighted with our stay. Thanks to Patrick and Chance for being great hosts.

My husband and I and two other couples stayed in this lovely house. We have stayed in other rentals over the years. This house had the best kitchen. The pots, pans and even the knives were high quality. Plenty of dishes and nice wine glasses. Gas grill was clean and ready to use.
All three beds were in great shape.
If we were coming back to the area again we would not hesitate to stay in this house again.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was such a relaxing and peaceful vacation. There were lots of windows to look at the beautiful lake. Beds were very comfortable. Beautifullt decorated. Owner was very pleasant to work with. The VRBO had everything I needed. My sister was happy with the soft toliet paper. I highly recommend this place!!!!

House and area was beautiful. View was beautiful. Loved the kayaks. Disappointed about the paddle boat, was not at the water so couldn't use. Sheets didn't seem freshly washed. Inside kitchen drawers were dirty and silverware was very spotted. Felt like we had to wash them first before we could use. Torch and lights on deck railing didn't work.

This was a wonderful home in a beautiful area. The hosts were outstanding and went above and beyond to help us when we ran into some wintry weather. We would come back here again. My aunt and 2 cousins and I travel using VRBO’s and this was a lovely property.

Enjoyed the sitting areas inside and outside! Sitting by the water in the morning and kayaking in the evening was the best. Very clean and lots of space! Would stay again. Easy communication with renters. Great stay!

Wonderful stay at lovely lake side property. Great layout of home and property. Favorite spot was the sitting area with nook that had wall of windows overlooking beautiful views of rolling hillside and lake. Loved the cozy living area with fireplace we used daily. Peaceful and relaxing getaway.

This home had a beautiful view. We enjoyed the fall colors as the trees changed daily. The gas fireplace was a plus and the open concept provided plenty of space with a dining room table, living room & sitting room overlooking the lake. The layout was excellent for two couples. There was a third room with a bed that was unused. It shared a hall bathroom and would be fine for a family to use that space. There was a door to close off the two bedrooms and bathroom making it more private. The primary bedroom was on the other side of the house and included a bath & very large closet.
The house was clean but the deck had leaves and a broken umbrella for the table. The gas grill worked great. The steps are steep going to the lake. There is a nice lower deck with Adirondack chairs which is lighted at night. The driveway is steep going into the garage. Overall, we found this a beautiful place to stay!

What a beautiful home and property!
It was cozy and welcoming. Beautiful view of the lake with a cozy nook to read in and look at the water. The property owners were easy to get in touch with, but they explained everything so well we hardly needing them.
It’s about 15-20 min. drive to the little downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges Museum. Great shops, restaurants and a farmers market on the weekend.
Perfect little getaway for a couple or a few couples or a family.

We had six adults staying for one week, plenty of room for all. Clean, cozy, well supplied with necessities. We felt comfortable and welcomed, property manager was very helpful with any questions. I recommend this location for all and will probably return myself.

The home was very clean and well equipped with all kinds of kitchen tools. The lake view was very nice. Great for a couples golf trip weekend. The golf courses in the area were very nice. Loved the downtown area. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Loved the layout of the house. The back deck was so nice and the kayaks were wonderful. We cooked a lot in the house and grilled steaks on the back deck. We are all in our 60s so the steps to the lake were a little tough but probably made us healthier having accomplished the walk!

This house was perfect for our needs! We were looking for a quite, relaxing week with a pretty view and access to water where we would feel comfortable swimming. This was it! Our adult son met us there and worked from the home so good WiFi was important and available. The home is nicely furnished and I loved waking early, having coffee, and reading in the lovely sitting room. My favorite thing was the fox who slept outside the sitting room window and watching him wake up each morning and catch his breakfast. What an unexpected treat!
We loved using the kayaks and the peddle boat to go around the lake each day. This house has a prime location on the lake and we got some great family photos. I suggest the house is best suited for 3-4 people but could work for 6 if needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property is as nice as pictured. Owners were easy to reach and responded quickly to my pre trip questions. Furnishings and beds were comfortable. Kitchen has all the basics. It was nice to have both a drip and single serve coffee pot. The house is in Bella Vista - several turns down back country roads. In a very pretty area but not a drive I would want to make after dark.

Amazing home!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Vrbo! This home is immaculate and is exactly as it’s listed. We kayaked, fished and relaxed. This home is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home from the moment we got there. The lake is private and most days we were the only people using it. The surrounding area is wonderful as well. Lots of hiking, biking and sightseeing. We plan to return and explore the area more. The owners were amazing to work with. They were very responsive to my questions and I look forward to our next stay in their beautiful home.

What an amazing week with family at this beautiful lake house! It was everything we wanted and more. We'll definitely be coming back to enjoy this beautiful home and the lake. Our vacation could not have been more fun all while celebrating a very special 80th birthday!
