the only good thing about the hotel is the breakfast and the workers in the restaurant

The hotel was terrible! The room was dirty and falling apart. The bed made horrible noises, like it was from 100,000 years ago. The toilet didn't work properly, and there was no coffee machine—just a few cheap coffee sachets. The carpet was disgusting! On top of all that, I asked from the hotel reception for a taxi to take me to Oasis train station, which is only 15 minutes away. But the driver was rude and kept driving around in circles for about 50 minutes, making me miss my train! I gave him 200dh (about 20 USD), and he only gave me back 30dh in change, plus a random old 5-euro note! So, he took 120dh for a ride that should have only cost around 40dh. A big hotel with such terrible service is really disappointing!

Ontvangst met heerlijke Marrokkaanse thee, fijne ruime kamers en heerlijke douche en bad. Fijn ook dat er mooie en zachte handdoeken waren.

We moesten ruim een uur in de lobby wachten totdat we een kamer kregen / onze kamer klaar was. Dat is wel echt te lang. We kregen gelukkig wel een heerlijk kopje thee van de host.

Personnel agréable, emplacement très bien. Malgré le fait d’être sur un boulevard très fréquenté les chambres sont insonorisé. Petit déjeuner excellent et propreté des lieux.

Les lits étaient une catastrophe. Ça aurais pu être un sans faute s’il n’y avais pas le problème de literie. Nous avions une chambre avec 2 lits simple mais les matelas étaient complètement mort. Inclinez d’un côté. Vraiment dommage.

Confort et spacieux et donne l'envie d'y revenir
