ホワイティ梅田直結なので、悪天候でも外に出ることなくホテルにたどり着けます。

スタッフの方の対応が今ひとつだったことと、エレベーターが２機しかなく、かなり待つことです。部屋のカーテンがペラペラのロールカーテンで、消灯しても部屋が明るいままでした。

Close to Osaka Station, restaurants and shopping. Amazing staff! Room was clean and very comfortable.

The beds were a little firm for our liking but we’re still comfortable for our short stay.

A staff in front desk ( only one person who did a mistake) and solve the problem too lately

Location is good with connected to underground shops/restaurants, all the way to train stations. I also like the luggage storage when we were early for check in time of 3PM. Then, when we came back to check in, our luggage are all in our room, so convenient.

No closet in the room, maybe add a little one.

Muy buena ubicación, en la zona más bulliciosa de Umeda, pero el ambiente del hotel sofisticado. Se puede acceder a varias líneas de trenes desde paso subterráneo desde el hotel.

駅から近かった

部屋にゴミがあった2階のトイレが便器をキレイに掃除されていなかった所しかもトイレを流してなくてトイレットペーパーを大量に便器の中に詰まっていて気分悪かった アメニティーが人数分無かった事 電気が暗すぎ

主要の駅までが近く、また、地下から各路線へのアクセスも良かった。

Modern and clean hotel with nice lobby and very accomodating staff. It is close to shops and cafe but a bit of walk to Umeda or Osaka station. The staff helped us arranging our luggage to be sent to our next destination. They also have free luggage storage, which gave us time to maximise our check out day.

다양한 교통편과 상업시설들이 모여있는 우메다 지역에서 지하통로로 한번에 연결되는점이 가장 매력적이였습니다. 또한 시설도 만족스러웠습니다.

아쉬운점은 없었고 방 관리도 잘 되었습니다.

Location is good,B1 link to underground. The staffs are very helpful for printing the road map of Umeda underground and showing how to find the may down there.

You can hear noises on the street clearly.

A bit small , no wardrobe

The location is lively, and the breakfast dishes are rich.

The most I like about is the direct connection to the underground shopping streets that will take you to 6 shopping malls, JR and metro stations. Perfect for rainy days. Also, there is a cafe right next to the hotel main entrance and 7-eleven and Sushiro just around the corner of the hotel. We stayed in a 3 beds room that is pretty big in Japan in my opinion, we can open 2 suitcases at the same time and still have space to move inside the room.

More storage or shelf to put stuff inside the bathroom. The room is a bit dusty. We stayed on 3rd floor and it can be quite noisy as you can hear the cars from the street.
