The proximity to everything Campobello is impeccable how beautiful it was to sit right across from the ocean and watch the sunset

Cell service is sketchy on the island; it would be great to have better Internet service at the property and, therefore, able to plan out a day adequately given the circumstances. The other element that would’ve helped immensely in the bathroom was there was nowhere to hang a towel; even to place one over the door to hang clothing towels would’ve been greatly appreciated

Room is good ! Bed is ok ! it’s nice and clean! Lovely views with amazing sunset! Staff are very friendly and very nice! Fridge and microwave is nice!

Our family had a lovely stay at Friars Bay. The room was clean and well appointed and the staff are eager to help. A relaxing place to explore the island with a beautiful view.

We stayed in the cottage. Very comfortable. We could have stayed there forever... Loved the cottage and location. The staff could not have been better. Will definitely go back..

Maybe an umbrella on the patio!! Shade, without sitting under a tree was impossible to find. They provided chairs for all the rooms but all were in the sun. If you came to sunbathe, perfect.

The location was great! Easy access to the Island. Good view of the Bay.

The bedroom was small. The living area needed more relaxing chair/footstool. There needed to be better blinds to adjust for the sun. For the kitchen shade it was all or noting to adjust for the sunlight. The kitchen lacked serving dishes and dishware. It was very sparse. There wasn't a grill at the cottage itself. I was a "shared" grill in the middle of the property. That was available for use. A shared grill is not appropriate. How comfortable would you have been sharing a grill? Especially during COVID. Disappointed that an item that I left in the cottage was not returned to me. I had called them about the item and they didn't respond to my initial 2 phone calls that I made on the day of my departure when i realized that I had left it. There response was that they would look for it after the next guest left. Well, I had to call back to see if they had found the item. They said "no." The item was not found. They had forgotten to call me back again. I think that they could of asked to guest who had just arrived if they could come inside the unit and look. I had expected a call back. But, again I had to call them. The item was not recovered.

Everything was spotless, check in was fast.The staff were amazing very hard working and top notch.The place was beautiful .

Very fresh, clean , comfortable accommodations in a terrific location, right opposite the water. Also economical.

Beautiful setting, right across from Friar Bay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were able to help out with a very late check in. The cabin was well equipped with everything you would need. Very clean and pretty. Beds were great with lots of pillows and great comforters. The breakfast and coffee we had at the nearby cafe was excellent ( service and food).

I liked the deck in the front but was unable to use it because are neighbours were using in the afternoon until late evening and there were 4 of them.
