The room was very nice and canfortable. Convenient place for clubbing and enjoying the beach. There is a good amount of options for lunch and dinner.

Having to leave the hotel for breakfast and spa because the bridge couldn't be used. As for the room service breakfast card, there should be a more specific option on the tea and the amount one would like on their plate.

The view, the check-in

there is no Pool, no restaurant, you have to go another hotel on the street to eat or to swim. it was not clean in the pool and there were people dying the walls as we were swimming. they ignored my complaint and request. they sent us false information on the day of arrival. At the day it was very noisy because if reparation works. at the night it was very noisy because of drunk people and music from the first floor. we stayed in 5 hotels in Malta. this was the worst experience!! I would not recommend this place.

The noise

The room was great, spacious, clean and stylish. Loved the mirror over the bed.

The spa was awful. The only acceptable place was the sauna. The changing room were dirty and very badly set up. The whole place smelled moldy and looked very run down. The smell of mold was so strong in the pool area that one could hardly stay there. Overall the spa area is managed extremely bad.

Good food, with a vast variety

My Wife took a yogurt and was expired by 3 days. and they just wanted to replace it.

The staff is what makes this hotel extra special. Of course the hotel is a piece of art from top to bottom. There was a minor error with the room but the staff resolved it in a matter of minutes.

I suggest to increase the table size inside the room. As a couple on a business stay we weren't able to work comfortable on a laptop each. I suggest a larger table by the window that can accommodate two people with their own laptop. Or an extra foldable table that can be stowed away or requested from reception. Other than that, everything great

Noise from the bars even the hotel have double sound proof doors you can hear the music until 4 in the morning. And one more thing check in at 16:00 That I never met in any hotel in any country I travelled.

nothing worked in terms of facilities such as the autonatic curtains, lights. although I did let know the management, nothing has been done.

Hugo Boutique Hotel, when I was booking a stay I have expected standard room with a bathroom that I got used to in other hotels that I have stayed in, but when I got there, I was astonished! One of the best part of the stay was the reception crew, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Antonella is like working 3 jobs: receptionist, local guide and most positive person that you will met, she pointed us to the best restaurant in the area, best clubs that we spent most of our time, most interesting parts of Malta that we went. I cannot forget about Dobryvoi and Rashyd, that made our stay even better with professional approach and positive attitude. Whatever we asked for it has been done in minutes (extra towels etc.), funny, helpful and talkative. Check – in, 2 -3 minutes and we got our cards to the room, after we entered the room was just WOW, very clean modern bathroom that you don’t want to leave, clean and very comfy beds, full bar, robes, etc… whatever you want you name it, for the price of hostel (we were after season). Enormous lobby with tasty design divided in two parts, I am a smoker so not being forced to go outside was convenient (it is done so well that I can smoke have a beer and don’t bother other guests). 150 whiskeys to choose from in the bar – I have been in heaven! Room service? Lightning fast! The location of the hotel is the best too choose if you want to have a fun time, clubs and restaurants surround it, 100m from a bay and stores. Three words: location, location, location and superb quality / service! The best place to stay in Malta if you want to have fun and eat good food!
