This place was spotless and cozy and had everything needed for cooking breakfast! The white noise machine was great because we could hear every word from the adjacent room and footsteps from above. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was right outside the front door. Berlin was very close and easy access to lots of shopping.

They actual room was nice looking, but the walls and ceiling must have had sheets of paper used for insulation. The neighbors next to us might as well have been right in our room because we could hear every word they said and they were talking at a normal level. I thought the people staying above us were going to come through the ceiling every time they took a step. It was insanely loud. Poor construction on the building. The water pressure was horrible. We will never be staying there again and will never recommend anyone to stay there. I was also fooled into thinking this was a single cabin by itself. The words on the add and the pictures are very misleading. I paid over $200 a night for a place that wasn’t worth $50 a night.

WHEN I BOOKED THE "CABIN", THE PICTURE MADE IT LOOK LIKE A SINGLE CABIN. IT WASN'T! IT WAS ABOUT 8 UNITS LINKED TOGETHER; AND, THEY WERE OLD AND AWFUL LOOKING. THEY LOOKED LIKE A U.P. FISHING LODGE IN MICHIGAN. INSIDE HAD BEEN DONE IN PINE AND WAS OK; BUT, YOU HAD TO HAVE LIGHTS ON BECAUSE IT WAS SO DARK. NO WINDOWS IN THE LIVING AREA. THE FURNITURE (HIDEABED AND CHAIR) WERE OLD AND THE CUSHIONS POPPED OUT ABOUT A FOOT WHEN YOU SAT DOWN. THEN THERE WAS THE NOISE FROM THE UPPER UNIT. IT SOUNDED LIKE THEY WERE HAVING A TAP DANCE CONTEST. WE COULD HEAR EVERY SHOE DROP AND EVERY CONVERSATION. THE FLOORS SQUEEKED AND GROANED EVERY TIME SOMEONE WALKED, WHICH WAS OFTEN. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE PLACE WAS IT WAS CLOSE TO BERLIN.

Very clean and we really enjoyed our stay

The cabin was clean cozy comfortable and conveniently close to Berlin and other surrounding areas to visit. The only complaint I have is it lacks in quietness. We heard every foot step above us, the conversation next to us and at one point our neighbors even tried to open the end door connecting the two cabin units. My husband had to tell him we were next door. But as far as the cabin it was very nice and it was true to its listing description., and it had all of the amenities that was listed.

The stay was only one night but was good. We could hear the neighbors walking around upstairs but the provided white noise machine was a welcomed addition

We were there for a one night getaway. It was very clean, easy to get to, relaxing, and calm, what we were hoping for.

This was a wonderful place to stay while exploring the sights around Berlin Ohio. I don’t think we could have found a better place to rent. Parking is just 2 steps away from the cabin door.

It was a great place to stay great location. You can hear people next and above you but we were ok with that would go again for an night or two.

Very nice homey and clean accommodation! The only thing we missed was a TV in the bedroom but otherwise loved it

The property was listed as rural and yet there was a lot of travel and noisy vehicles. Inside the unit, we could hear the guests upstairs walking on the floor and talking. I unit was connected to another unit. We could hear them and the children.

Clean and well kept

Property well kept and clean. Our only complaint was how you could hear people walking around in the overhead unit and how voices carried from side unit, some better soundproofing may help . All in all 4 out of 5 stars.

Cozy and beautiful lodge, really close to town center.

Cabin was exactly as listed. No surprises. Would definitely stay there again.

This cabin was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and tidy. It is beautiful inside and I especially enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace. The bed was very comfortable and we got good rest. Only draw backs are the walls must be incredibly thin as we could hear pretty much everything our neighbors said and we didn't like YouTube TV . Also, and this is minor, the walls could use some pictures or decorations. There is nothing to look at, not even a clock. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourself for our anniversary trip.

Totally love the location and layout of the unit. Very enjoyable. Could use some insulation could hear footsteps and muffled voices from top and side units.

The location was great. The suite was just as described. I would book here again. However the suite right next to us we could hear them talking all night as if they was in our suite. This should be looked into.

Everything was amazing. Very clean and cozy place. The fireplace was great for cozy evenings and warm mornings sipping coffee. Housekeeping does an excellent job!!

Very nice. Easy to get too. Noisey when others were upstairs walking around.

We did not like that there was no hand soap in the bathroom. In addition, we were able to hear the people next to and above us fairly well whether it was walking, talking, or opening/closing doors. We felt like we had to be quiet in our room.

My wife and I had a quiet and relaxing stay. The pine suite was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

We were not satisfied with our rooms because both were on the first floor and on both nights the folks above were up late and up early walking around. With wood floors above we heard every step. Perhaps the second floor would be quieter.

Was amazed as soon as I opened the door. Extraordinarily clean, and the decor was excellent.

Very easy and enjoyable trip

Very quaint room. We loved the gas fireplace and the extra blankets that were provided that made cuddling on the couch that must more comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was also very soft and comfortable. Would highly recommend for a cozy retreat for two.

The property was very nice and clean and spacious little cabin one large bedroom with a king-size bed full-size kitchen and living room area with a gas fireplace and it's in the middle of Amish Country
