Simple but amazing spot to settle in, especially if you like crashing waves and black sand and peeble beach with no tourists. Kitchen had everything you needed and was very close by to a few supermarkets and restaurants. A comfortable bed, good wifi, and nice and queit as off the street, this place had everything I needed and I loved my stay there. The host gave great intructions to get there and it was easy to check in.

Everything was great and it was a nice little spot with a small yard and beach access.
I do wish there was some additional cookware, but other than that, it was perfect.

The apartment was compact but had all the amenities and some basic supplies (coffee, tea, spices, oil, laundry soap). There was a small back garden - great to eat breakfast or watch a sunset! The beach was black sand and was different each day! There was a great cafe Tahiti la plage, just a few steps down the beach- wonderful mahi-mahi and wine!

Le studio est très bien équipé et confortable. Son jardinet donne une vue sur une plage de sable noir (accessible depuis la résidence), le lagon avec le spectacle des dauphins et des baleines et Moorea .

Un studio de très bonne taille qui donne directement sur une plage de sable noir. Décor sympa grand lit confortable. Beaucoup de produits de toilette et de cuisine. Parking sécurisé. On a vraiment aimé être là pour quelques jours.
Petits détails: les aboiements des chiens des voisins de temps en temps, le petit jardin sympa mais vraiment en vue des voisins.

location and room had everything we needed
I wish we had known about the construction. it was happening in BOTH apartments next to ours and lasted all day from 8 AM to 6 PM. it was very disruptive and we were unable to spend time inside the apartment

apartment is very well equipped
staff helpful
way too many cockroaches !!!
after they sprayed heavy chemicals (without a warning) there were at least 10 (half)dead cockroaches crawling through the apartment

Well-appointed studio with a nice back patio and gorgeous view to a black sand beach. The bed was comfortable, and there was good water pressure in the shower. Air conditioning worked great. The property managers, Estelle and Sergio were very responsive before and after check-in. Very conveniently located to a couple small grocery stores, an excellent wood-fired pizza (Pizza Braise) and good quality Asian restaurant.

Excellent location, lovely modern apartment with great amenities. Included a washing machine, cook top, fridge etc Easy check in process, easy to work with. I would stay again for sure. Make sure you spend some time on some of the other locations in French Polynesia too!!
More a comment for booking.com, but my card declined and so I had to do the booking via bank transfer which turned out to be a reasonably complicated process from NZ given the language barrier too.

The apartment had most everything we needed. I was able to cook dinner with food from the market, the air conditioning was great, and there were clenaing supplies for me to clean. There was laundry soap for the washing machine. which is a plus. Instructions on how to get into the condo were clear. The bed was comfortable. The outdoor space would have been more usable if it wasn't so hot.
The beach was not as nice as we hoped. It was hard for me to get down the makeshift steps. The doorwall was so hard to open, I wouldn't have been able to open it myself. Beach chairs would have been helpful. The internet was very slow, I wasn't able to work on my travel blog.

Excellent kitchen for self catering. Good little supermarket in front of property. Clean and convenient.
We had to close the sliding door at night as we were visited by the neighbours cat.
