The room was beautifully designed with many nice details and very spacious. Very good value for money and definitely one of the nicest apartments we stayed in during our trip. It was also easy to store our bicycles in the entrance hall.
It would have been nice to have different trash bins for recycling / separating.

Location is excellent. Apartment is spacious and well maintained.
There was an insane amount of mosquitos in the rooms. No anti-mosquito spray or plug in was provided. It made it almost impossible to sleep. As for the hosts, I had to pay late fee for a room because my family arrived an hour late. They insisted I pay the late fee despite the fact that me and other members of the party arrived a day earlier and could have easily checked in the other room. Not to mention I myself booked and payed both of the invoices. The check in was nothing more than handing over the keys.. I was very disappointed.

This spacious and stylish apartment is in a great area of Setúbal just a few minutes walk from the ferries as well as numerous shops and restaurants. It is tastefully decorated and clean with plenty of nice linens for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff is also incredibly helpful and friendly. The inclusion of ceiling fans in the bedrooms is truly wonderful and kept the rooms feeling cool and airy along with the windows bringing in fresh air. But, be sure to close the windows at night to prevent mosquitoes from entering. Great WiFi as well!
The beds are very hard, and sofas in the salon are not comfortable at all. We also had a problem with plumbing in the shower of one of the bathrooms, but since there we had another to use, it wasn’t enough of an issue to have the staff come out to take a look. I did let her know about it when we left so that it can be fixed as soon as possible.

The room was decorated beautifully and was huge! The reason we were in Setubal was to look for an apartment to rent and we actually didn’t even see anything as nice as this one! The hostess got in touch with me before arrival and check in went smoothly. The location is great if you are there to visit Setubal. Also, the shower is hot with great water pressure.

There is a pleasant view of the port, there was a coffee machine with two capsules, a good shower and plenty of hot water. The Internet was fine. BBC world news was available on the TV. It was relatively inexpensive. The arty decor is a matter of taste (but not mine).
It was cold- we visited in November and the small heater was inadequate. The cooking facilities were a micro wave and a kettle. The bathroom wash basin was tiny as was the fridge. The seating arrangements were basic- two simple dining chairs and some plastic stools in the "kitchen". There was no wardrobe - instead hooks on a wall. Be ready to climb stairs (some 36 of them) and be ready to face a parking challenge.

the location is perfect for walking everywhere in the town. we loved the decor with it’s beautiful hardwood floors and lovely tile. the bathroom is very nice. they really took the time to design and decorate a large and lovely space.
there is free street parking but we were not lucky enough to find any during our 2 days but there is a pay parking lot across the street that you can leave your car overnight
communication was great and check-in was easy. we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was delightful. The lovely old building was charming with beautiful period features. The bathrooms were so spacious and cleverly had two doors separating bath/shower and loo from the sink. Fantastic position for traveling to beautiful beaches. Setubal is also delightful with excellent restaurants. Helena was very helpful and welcoming.

The size of the room are awesome, and the comfy beds. A person called us 2 hours before our arrival and met us to hand over the keys and explained us what are the recommended places to visit and restaurants for dinner. Highly recommended, without a doubt!
The bathroom is external, but private. However, the size is quite spacious and very comfortable.

Everything was great!
Wonderful accommodation, old building completely renovated keeping the noble materials, such as marbles ... and decorated with excellent taste, all very clean, a wonderful view of the river...in the center and with free parking in front of the door ..!
The only negative point is when the balcony doors are open it can be a little noisy due to traffic.

Very beautiful, bright and large sleeping room with a separate fully equipped kitchen and a separate lovely bathroom with all facilities. Ideally located, few meters away from the car park in the center of town and close to the shopping area but absolutely quiet. The apartment is nicely decorated. It was a pleasure to stay there!
Very steep staircase to the second floor. It may be an issue if you have heavy luggage.
