There needs to be instructions for the Direct TV service, not having used this service and remote in conjunction together I had to experiment to get it to work. Also I needed to know if the TV was tied to the internet service which would have enabled me to watch streaming services I subscribe to.

We were impressed with the condo and the service provided. Ashely was fantastic. She gave me great advice about activities, hot springs and restaurants which I really appreciated. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. Being close to town was a plus. We were able to go to the Hot Springs as well as river rafting. Pagosa Springs is a great little town. I would definitely book this condo. It was the perfect place for our family.

This is our second time to visit this rental. Ashley with the Concierge has been amazing both years at helping us get groceries into the house and have surprises for our birthday guys. We love to visit this rental because it allows enough room for both of our families and still have row to spread out. The condo is always very clean and well stocked. They manage my company always answers our emails or text messages quickly. And when it snows, it is beautiful to look over the river and see the winter wonderland. Even had some deer visitors a couple of nights when we came home outside of our garage. We will continue to rent with this property as long as we return to boardski wolf Creek

We were disappointed we were on the third floor at first. But the stairs were inside so it was fine. Our older grandchildren helped with our bags. It was a fun surprise that there was a Christmas 🎄. Loved the view. And the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths made it very comfortable! We would recommend it definitely!

A few things...
The 2nd master suite had no TV or Dresser / to put books on charge our phones, had to place them on the floor. Same room had a lot of white dog hair everywhere.
Main living room rug alot of white dog hair and dusty.
Poor lighting in game / kidroom for the guest that stayed in there.

The location was beautiful and we were able to look out on the river and mountains. The unit is in need of a deep clean, and some functions did not work i.e the icemaker, stove burner, the kitchen was not very equipped with pots and pans and bowls. The kitchen faucet had a leak in the hose. The common staircase area needed to be vacuumed, and the windows were in need of a cleaning. The bedrooms were spacious and it would have been wonderful to have king beds.

The condo was very clean and well stocked and very quiet. Plenty of room for a large family. And the layout was perfect for two families to stay as two rooms were on one end of condo and two were on the opposite end with three bathrooms and large living room, kitchen and dining table in the middle. Walking distance to downtown(15 min walk) and beautiful view of the water. We saw lots of deer each night. Third floor wasn't an issue for us and we are not young. The property management was excellent at checking in via text to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that we didn't need anything. And check out could not have been easier. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The property was located close to town, right next to the San Juan, River, lots of open space and great property, had all the amenities we needed, highly recommend, and will stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in B8! The condo is spacious with plenty of room for our family of 6. We were very comfortable. Ample kitchen space and the basic cookware allowed us to cook at home during our stay.
We enjoyed our view of the San Juan. The kids loved spotting the rafts floating down the river. We spent a day river rafting and it was a blast. The water is high right now, so it's moving quickly. I would recommend Wilderness Journeys. They were wonderful with very capable and knowledgeable guides.
The location of the condo is close to downtown and the hot springs. We enjoyed riding our bikes into town to dip our feet in the hot springs. You can also pay to soak at one of the resorts. There are cute shops and cafes along the river there. Also, a fun riverside playground for the littles. And a fantastic park down the street from the condo.
We also hit up the mountain bike trails right across the river from the condo at Reservoir Hill Park. Fun and beautiful trails.
We drove up to the continental divide and found snow! The kids loved that. And the views that way are 😍😍.
Stop at Treasure Falls on your way there or back. It's a quick, steep hike up to the base of the falls. Make sure you go up a little further to the mist deck. You can really feel the power of the water and you will get quite wet. The kids loved it.
Chimney Rock Natl Monument isn't far away and we felt it was worth the trip.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat if we are in town again.

We had a wonderful stay at this location for our boardski family vacay! It was a great
Location to all the things in town and not too far away from the mountain for our snowboarding and skiing adventures. The staff were VERY responsive to our questions and outreach. It was next level to have the concierge stock the house with our grocery list as well. It took so much stress off of the arrival process. The only thing that was tough for us adults (not the teens) were the 3 flights of stairs after an all day mountain escapade. Ha! We will definitely come back!

Overall the house was good. Trash was a little confusing and we did come across some dirty dishes that were not properly cleaned before they were put away. Overall we still loved it and we will be staying again!!! Thank you.

We stayed the first week in January to Ski Wolf Creek and it snowed everyday up and down the mountain. We had a fantastic stay. The only thing I would have changed had I know a head of time is the fact the Condo we stayed in was on the third floor. The ONLY time it was dreaded was when we had to take our dog out for a walk. Lessoned learned make sure what floor you are on. GREAT TIME IN PAGOSA WITH PAGOSA VACATION RENTALS. I wont use anyone else when staying there!

My family & I gathering at least once a year just to get away from the busy life we all have, with jobs, school or projects. We all gathered and had a blast at sharing the cooking and eating out when necessary. We did some hiking near by as well as shopping. Our host was very helpful when needed. We love the area that we were at. The river in front and with that we enjoy a fun water fight with each other. The children were most fun to be with. We took our family pet and she was a joy to be around and the area was very friendly with other with their pet. The only thing that was difficult was the 3 flight of stairs that we had to endure. If they could have something a little suitable for us Senior Citizens. All in all it was fun and enjoyable.

Great place to stay in Pagosa!
We had a great time in this condo! We loved the layout. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all in the center. There were 5 adults, three kids, and two dogs and we never felt cramped. We also like that the bedrooms were spread out with a master and regular bedroom on each side of the house. The patio was amazing and had great views of the river (and the deer walked along it) and the mountains. The location of the condo was great. It was three minutes from the main hot springs and there was a nice park walking distance down the street. We also walked to the downtown area and it took us maybe 15 minutes walking with kids. We even forgot a few items and the property mangers mailed them back to us. The only thing I would mention is it is up three flights of stairs. They do offer to bring your luggage up for you though. We didn't get any complaints but between the kids and the dogs we were frequently telling them to be quite as to not disturb anyone below us. Overall we had a great time and would stay there again.

A must stay

To walk anywhere downtown from condo which was great! Walking up the 3 flights of stairs was not bad. There needs to be more towels though. There were only 2 in each bathroom. I would Definitely stay here again.

Delightful condo in Pagosa Springs
We had a very pleasant stay at this property. Except for the fact that the property is on the third floor and I am in my late 70s who had trouble hauling my luggage up the stairs, this property has much to commend it. Delightful living room and kitchen. Suited for a family gathering with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms--more than we needed but it was available at the last minute.

We had a great stay at the Riverwalk Lodge. The location offered great access to the riverwalk and good access to downtown. The deck overlooking the river offered a great view and a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing drink or meal. The rental was well decorated and equipped. We would visit this location again.

Enjoyed the house and it's location.
House was very nice, clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we wanted.
Compaints are minor. The ice dispencer did not work. The hardness of the water was a suprise. The check in sheet was good but could have included more information on the location of the garage and entrance door. Both took some effort to locate on arrival. Chairs on deck were wobbly.

It was easy to book. Pictures were accurate. The river ran behind our rental. We walked to the springs and downtown. I would rent this condo again. More than enough room for 3 couples. Beautiful decor! Thank you vrbo staff.

Zero Complaints!!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of space for our group to be comfortable. The views from the balcony were great and being located right in town was a huge plus! Communication with the host was very easy and convenient. Our time in Pagosa was fantastic overall, I would definitely stay here again.
