Clean, good & big room & very nice people

Just as tip to improve 1. Make a bed light, so you can have small light in stead of only big light in the room. 2.Georgia has best bread in the world but only American toast in breakfast.

- Bed was very uncomfortable for me, I could feel the bed springs through the mattress - The host invited me to the wine cellar for some wine. At first he seemed very nice. Then he asked me if I have instagram or Facebook. I said sure. He then asked me for my phone to type in his name. What he then did is just super rude: While he had my phone in his hands, he went on my facebook account and started liking various posts of his hotel and also some websites (where he probably has some business) and EVEN commented on some facebook posts WITH MY OWN ACCOUNT! "How desparate can someone be?" is immediately what I asked myself. - When I had the sign "Do not disturb" on my door, someone tried to enter my room without even knocking the door. Privacy does not seem to be a priority in this hotel... - The hotel stuff, besides the "friendly" owner, was very grumpy, at the reception as well as at the breakfast. - Talking about breakfast: The buffet was pretty poor. Barely any fresh fruits, no fresh juices, barely any vegetables. Cheeses very already dried out. The scrambled egg was also dried out. - At the end of my stay, the owner reminded me multiple times to leave a good review on booking.com. This is probably the reason why this hotel has such a good average rating. - Very bad location in a side street of outer Tbilisi with quite some noise

Neat and cozy hotel near the center of the city, near metro station. Air conditioning, comfort temperature, tidy rooms. Breakfast is nutritious and suitable for children. Fabulous hospitality of mr. Georgy made our stay in hotel warm and friendly

Very good price/quality ratio to visit our company office in Tbilisi (next building). Clean, relatively cheap, and welcoming staff and owner.

It's the best one. Hotel Wine Palace is amazing. The personal is super. It's not just clean everything is shining. When you eat the breakfast it's enough to all day. The ground floor is the wine cellar. And everytime you want, you go there to taste wine. The owner of the hotel makes this wine himself. Especially I would like to note the administrator Sofia.

Beautiful authentic interior of the hotel. A comfortable room with a large balcony. And the personal very welcoming care of the owner and the staff. Would definitely visit again

Location is very good if you need to be near the (technical) university. It is 2 minutes from the metro. Especially the landlord may give his friendly consent to make use of the wine cellar under the hotel. This is a major asset to know Georgian culture. Friendly staff, with a good service attitude. Recommendable hotel.

City centre is reachable by metro in 15 min, but this is still ok.
