The hotel was absolutely pristine, really amazing staff, room was spotless and comfortable and located so close to everything. I'd like to say thanks to Muhammad anwer, muhammad diyah and all the other staff for making my stay so much better. Will definitely be returning again

تأخير وقت تسجيل الدخول: تسبب التأخير في عملية تسجيل الدخول بعض الاستياء والانتظار الطويل، مما أثر على بداية الإقامة.

Rooms were too dated. Definitely needs a splash of paint and redecoration. We had no towers, so had to ask for some towels. There was a kettle but no cups. Room was unclean. Bathroom has bugs

Very Close and Good location who plan to travel Jeddah for VFS Global appointments since it took SAR 13 for Uber and Main Road location
The worst ambiance of the very old, shabby rooms, no locks to washroom, leaking tub and having very negative vibes.
The Reception Staff only speaks Arabic and NO english even basics which made our stay miserable since can't even explain for Water,Tea or Towels. Thanks to Jeddah's lovely UBER drivers who helped as bit.
