Recente villa ai margini della foresta di Touquet Paris Plage su 1000m2 composta da: ingresso, wc, soggiorno di 60 m2 con cucina attrezzata e tavolo rotondo di 180 cm per 12 persone, bar per 4 persone; 3 divani in pelle nel soggiorno e televisione 107 cm; internet wi-fi, grande frigorifero americano; due camere da letto al piano terra, ampio pianerottolo con divano e 4 ampie camere da letto al piano superiore. La casa è completamente piastrellata (gres porcellanato), garage, terrazza con 2 tavoli da giardino, barbecue a gas weber e barbecue a carbone weber. Accesso alla foresta a 300 metri dietro la casa.
Ideale per vacanze e weekend con amici o compleanni. Sono installati 2 letti per bambini 60x120

Lovely house, well looked after and great communication before, during and after our stay including all the information about facilities in the area we could possibly want. Perfect placed for cycling for all ages. There were no bikes in the garage as per description but the recommended bike hire was excellent with bikes for ages 1 -71! The house is lovely, very well heated with plenty of room for all 12 of us and space in the garage when the children got too loud!

Maison confortable mais l'entretien est passable
La maison est bien agencée et confortable.
Hélas l'entretien ne suit pas : la fosse septique envoie des relents très forts(pas vider comme il faut) le ménage mal fait cafetière électrique non nettoyée (filtre et fond de café)les tiroirs des meubles chambres sales, une chambre sert de garde linge avec toutes couvertures et couvres lits entassés et la plupart des chambres avaient un problème de lampes de chevet ou de luminaire. Les vélos mis sur l'annonce non présents (le propriétaire ne peut pas changer l'annonce....) et enfin même si c'est l'hiver les meubles de jardin cassés et très sales alors que l'on voulait en profiter durant notre séjour il a fait très doux.
Etant donné le prix je pense que le linge de lit et serviettes pourrait être mis à disposition et que l'entretien soit correcte.
Dommage que cette partie laisse à désirer car la maison est bien pour une famille nombreuse mais à préciser on est loin (8km) de la plage et du centre du Touquet

Maison très confortable et très vaste
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison où l’accueil était parfait, avec une procédure d’arrivée/départ très pratique et des contacts très fluides avec le propriétaire qui répond très rapidement aux messages.
Un seul petit bémol : vu le nombre de personnes que la maison peut accueillir, il serait utile de disposer de plus de grandes casseroles et woks (si comme nous on aime cuisiner tous les bons poissons et coquillages qu’on peut trouver au Touquet, bien sûr !)

Een pareltje in "Cote Opale"
Met mijn volledige familie (15 personen) een gezellig weekend mogen doormaken in een heel ruime en nette villa. Alles is aanwezig. Voldoende slaapgelegenheid, ruime badkamers, .... Mooie streek om te wandelen en te fietsen. De overdekte markt is ook een aanrader. Zeker 5 sterren waardig. Top

Lovely, well-situated and spacious house. Useful layout with 2 bedrooms and bathroom on ground floor for elderly parents who didn't want to negotiate the stairs. Huge kitchen/ diner/ lounge that worked very well for a family of adults. The house is very well insulated and heating worked beautifully so although it was sub-zero outside we were warm and cosy. Very well equipped - more than enough cookware to satisfy a family of keen cooks and plenty of fridge and freezer space. The owner Mario was super responsive and helpful when I contacted him, both, before and during the stay.
Some very minor niggles stopped this being a 5* rating - not much wardrobe space (none at all in one of the downstairs bedrooms) and upstairs shower room could do with a bit of maintenance, but nothing to spoil the enjoyment of our stay. Would recommend and would stay again.

Enjoyed the holiday with the family, but although the villa was spacious,certain elements were disappointing. There was no wardrobe space available apart from small racks to hang clothes, one of which was broken. The upstairs bathroom door did not have a lock, there was no toilet paper at all when we arrived. The garden furniture needed cleaning. There were 5 bikes in the garage but two of them did not work and the bike locks had no keys, this meant we had to hire 2 bikes and buy locks for the bikes in order to use them.

There were 12 adults in our group travelling from England. 4 cars easily parked up on arrival. Met by owner Mario who showed us all the nooks and crannies that we needed to know about the Villa and surrounding area.
During our 4 day stay we chilled in the beautiful 6 bedroom villa, which had 3 bathrooms and ample living space with a kitchen housing all mod cons.
We also ventured to the beach, which is a 15 minute drive away - and what a beach it is!! Golden sand and vast! There was a BBQ at the villa, so we cranked it up and feasted outside in the beautiful sunshine.

Maison spacieuse mais dans un mauvais état général soulignant que la maison n’est pas entretenue
A l’étage les plafonds montrent des taches de moisissures, un coin montre une infiltration majeure avec perte du platre et noircissement important. Les couvertures sont sales certaines avec des taches de sang. L’étancheit de la paroi de douche de la sdb du rez est défaillante. Ne parlons pas de la propreté des tiroirs et du four. Le jardin n’est pas entretenu et les meubles de jardin nous ne le avons pas utilisés car il fallait les nettoyer de fond en comble. Nous n’avons pas eu d’explications pour la tv/dvd et le ramassage des poubelles. Nous avons fait pour un mieux. Autre « détail » il n’y a pas d’armoire penderie disponible, toutes ces armoires penderies sont fermées. Le porte manteaux de l’entrée est très s fragile et doit être remonté au moins 2 fois par jour. Une alternative plus solide devrait être envisagée.

GÎTE avec grand espace et quelques defauts
Tout est impeccable ,hormis l’absence de vestiaire à l’entree de la maison,de penderies dans certaines chambres,une hotte defectueuse,l’absence d’eclairage dans une chambre,un fauteuil avec trou,trois vélos sur cinq avec défauts;un état des lieux aurait pu être préventif.

C'était très bien
Située au calme, la maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, nous avons utilisé 4 vélos après avoir réglé les freins et vérifié la pression des pneus. Nous envisageons d'y revenir l'année prochaine.

Super séjour
Enchantés par cette prestation, la maison est parfaite pour plusieurs familles. Nous étions 18 et chacun y a trouvé sa place. Rien ne manque. Je pense que nous y reviendrons.

La villa est bien équipée, spacieuse et dans un environnement très agréable.
Elle a séduit l'ensemble des hôtes.
J'ajoute que le propriétaire est réactif ce qui est appréciable. Je recommande pleinement cette location.

Villa magnifique et spacieuse ! A recommander
La villa est splendide, en excellent état, et tout à fait conforme au descriptif et aux photos du site internet. Très bien équipée et avec tout le confort, elle dispose d'extérieurs agréables et d'un séjour avec cuisine américaine spacieux, lumineux et agréable. Les pièces sont très grandes, et il y a même un barbecue, des vélos, etc.
Le propriétaire m'a donné des conseils avisés et a été très réactif et conciliant. Fiable à 200% !
Je recommande donc vivement cette location, tant pour ses prestations haut de gamme que pour le sérieux du propriétaire. J'ai déjà envie d'y retourner ! Il n'y a pas à hésiter un instant.

We stayed here for one week with our 3 teenagers and 3 of their friends. The accommodation is excellent. All the facilities are first class. The House is spacious and comfortable and we particularly enjoyed having the bikes as the area is a cyclist's dream. I must also say that Nicholas, the agent, was most friendly and helpful.
As for Le Touquet, it really is a delightful resort, certainly our favourite in Northern France. We would not hesitate to go back.
