Perfect place to stay in Ricon for first timers, a lot of restaurants and shops around.

Hotel too expensive for what it is. Does not have private parking. You have to find parking for your car on the street. They only clean your room every other day. There was a leak coming from the ceiling which fell on top of the toilet. There is too much noise coming from the street.

heart of Rincon and the rooms were very clean and very modern but minimalistic. The night life is what adds to this location, and with the balcony we had it was if you never missed a moment. location is prime with bars and restaurants within steps of the hotel front doors. Try the coffee and breakfast at cafe 413 was absolutely amazing.

It was cozy and it smelled good. All was clean.

Some things in the room were broke. like a hook (dangerously placed may I add) and a frame. Wifi never worked. The size room was smaller than picture or missed but, not a big issue. I’ll take a small room that is comfortable, clean and smells good over a big room.

I really liked the staff. They were very friendly and easy to work with when we had issues.

We had a moldy smell in the first room we had. We switched to another room because the sewage backed up into the shower floor and the toilet was leaking all over the floor. It was smelly and hazardous, so we got another room. The coffee pot had mold in it and leaked. There was no hot water for most of our stay due to the gas running out.. (we we’re told) Even though the staff were very nice, I feel like we over paid for what we got.

Over the top in cleanliness. They accommodated me with a more quiet room with balcony over the serene interior garden. Staff was very sweet. Tall ceilings so room felt bigger than it was. Had a hip vibe. Area in lobby to plug in, charge and work. Shared kitchen with microwave and dishes was nice so didn’t have to eat all meals out. Plenty of places to sit and hang out in lobby downstairs and 2nd floor. Right in center of town, walk everywhere. Beach 5 minutes away. Can’t beat it for price

No parking that I know of. We were lucky and got parking right out front on street.

The central location was excellent to so many shops, coffee, restaurants. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and very kind. I loved staying here!

tiny. No real amenities, dorm sized refrigerator. Door to room area needs to be better lite, difficult to see key hole due to darkness. Shower drained poorly. No rug to step onto out of shower. NO PARKING

Best location in Rincón - it's right in the very town centre. Beautiful building and decor and the roof terrace has an amazing view over Rincón. Highly recommended!

Convenient stay when flying in late to this side of the island. Easy check in process and they left the AC running so we were comfortable.

Couldn’t get the hot water to work during our one night stay.
